ABCs Of Death 2
''ABCs of Death 2'' is a 2014 American comedy horror anthology film produced by Ant Timpson and Tim League. It contains 26 different shorts, each by different directors spanning various countries. It is a sequel to the 2012 film ''The ABCs of Death''. Directors featured include Jim Hosking, Lancelot Oduwa Imasuen, the Soska sisters, Julian Barrett, Rodney Ascher, Kristina Buožytė, Larry Fessenden, Navot Papushado, Aharon Keshales, Bill Plympton, and Vincenzo Natali. The film received a much more positive response than its predecessor. A second sequel, '' ABCs of Death 2.5'', was released in late 2016. Plot Like the first film, the sequel is divided into 26 individual chapters, each helmed by a different director assigned a letter of the alphabet. Ant Timpson
Ant Timpson (born 21 April 1966) is a New Zealand film producer best known for producing ''The ABCs of Death'' series, '' Turbo Kid'', ''Deathgasm'' and ''The Greasy Strangler''. He founded and hosts the 48Hours film contest. Career In 2003, Timpson founded the annual 48Hours film challenge, a New Zealand-based competition where teams of filmmakers create a short film in 48 hours. Taika Waititi and Te Radar won in the festival's first year. The film '' Turbo Kid'' originated as a submission for the "T" segment in '' ABCs of Death''. Though not selected, Timpson was impressed and approached the filmmakers to expand it into a feature. Timpson got Elijah Wood and his production company, SpectreVision, involved in producing ''The Greasy Strangler''. In 2016, he won the British Independent Film Awards Discovery Award. Aharon Keshales
Aharon Keshales ( he, אהרון קשלס; born 16 April 1976) is an Israeli film director, screenwriter, and film critic. Biography Keshales was born in Jaffa, Israel, to a Sephardic Jewish family. He grew up in Bat Yam, Israel. He served as a soldier in the Intelligence Corps (Israel), Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. Then studied at the Tel Aviv University's film school, where he later became a lecturer until completing his graduate degree in the interdisciplinary program at the Faculty of Arts. At the same time, Keshales worked as film critic for Ynet, ''Globes (newspaper), Globes'', and ''Maariv (newspaper), Rating Magazine''; and also created the film blog "Piranha Karina". Robert Morgan (born 1974) is a British filmmaker, director and writer. He is most known for ''The Cat with Hands'' (2001), ''The Separation'' (2003) and '' Bobby Yeah'' (2011) which between them have won over 30 international awards.
