A50 Autostrada (Poland)
The autostrada A50 is a planned motorway in Poland, in Masovian Voivodeship. It will run as a circular road south of the Warsaw metropolitan area to take over the transit traffic from the existing expressway ring around the city, mainly from the S2 expressway. Once built, the motorway bypass will also be one of the road connectors to the planned Solidarity Transport Hub. It was added to the motorway and expressway index by Polish government on 24 September 2019. Expected completion of the road, along with parallel S50 expressway is set on 2027. New Central Polish Airport
The Solidarity Transport Hub or Central Communication Port ( pl, Centralny Port Komunikacyjny, ''CPK''), is a megaproject of the Government of Poland aimed at the construction of a new, built-from-scratch airport to be located approximately southwest of Warsaw, as well as a new nationwide high-speed rail and controlled-access highway network linking the CPK to much of the rest of the country. The opening of the CPK airport would not mean that Warsaw Chopin Airport would be closed; no official decision has yet been made. The English name "Solidarity Transport Hub Poland" is proposed for the project by its website. The planned launch of the port is 2028. At first the airport is to have two runways (4,000 m × 45 m), but eventually four. Mszczonów
Mszczonów (Yiddish: אַמשינאָוו ''Amshinov'') is a town in Żyrardów County, Masovian Voivodeship, Poland, with 6,231 inhabitants as of the 2006 census. It is situated just outside the Warsaw metropolitan area, approximately 45 km from Warsaw city centre. Grójec
Grójec is a town in Poland, located in the Masovian Voivodeship, about south of Warsaw. It is the capital of the urban-rural administrative district Grójec and Grójec County. It has 16,674 inhabitants (2017). Grójec surroundings are considered to be the biggest apple-growing area of Poland. It is said that the region makes up also for the biggest apple orchard of Europe. The Warsaw metropolitan area (known in Polish as: ''aglomeracja warszawska'' or ''Miejski Obszar Funkcjonalny Warszawy'') is the metropolitan area of Warsaw, the capital of Poland. Expressway S2 (Poland)
Expressway S2 is a short highway in Poland, serving as the southern section of the (partially completed) Warsaw Express Ring Road. Conceptually forming one continuous route with motorway A2, it was initially planned (since 1970s) as a part of it, however after local Warsaw residents objected to the plans of an inner-city motorway, the proposed road was downgraded to an expressway (though the actual route was not changed). The western half of the road was opened to traffic in 2013, while the eastern half was opened in 2020 and 2021. National Road 50 (Poland)
National road 50 ( pl, Droga krajowa nr 50) is a route belonging to the Polish national road network. The highway forms a part of bypass of Warsaw metropolitan area, running from 29 to 84 km away from centre of Warsaw.
