The 9th term Sejm and the 10th term Senate is the legislature of the Poland, Republic of Poland following the 2019 Polish parliamentary election held on 13 October 2019 which returned 460 deputies to the Sejm and 100 senators to the Senate of Poland, Senate. Sejm And Senate Complex Of Poland
Sejm and Senate Complex ( pl, Kompleks budynków Sejmu Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej) are a complex of buildings located in central Warsaw, which house the bicameral Polish parliament – the Sejm and Senate of Poland, Senate of Poland. The construction of the complex began after Second Republic of Poland, Poland regained its independence in 1918. The expansion of the complex continues to the modern-day, with a new building under construction since 2014. All of the buildings part of the complex are managed by the Chancellery of Sejm. Buildings Main Sejm building The building was constructed during the most expansive reconstructions of the Sejm, between 1949 and 1952. It consists of two-storey parts, connected by tunnels. The road heading to the main entrance is found below the building. The Senior Marshal ( pl, Marszałek senior) is an honorary post in Sejm given to one of the oldest (in age) members of the body. Jakub Kulesza (born 12 November 1990) is a Polish politician and a Member of Parliament. Kulesza studied electronics, computer science and telecommunications at the Warsaw University of Technology.
