500 Days Of Summer (soundtrack)
Two soundtrack albums were released for ''500 Days of Summer''. The first of the two soundtrack albums titled ''500 Days of Summer: Music from the Motion Picture'' featured various pop songs from the film whose tracklist was released on June 24, 2009, and the soundtrack released through Sire Records launched on July 13, 2009. The second album titled ''500 Days of Summer: Score from the Motion Picture'' features original score composed by Mychael Danna and Rob Simonsen. It was released on August 3, 2009. Christopher James Ross is an Australian musician. He was the founding bass guitarist and keyboardist of hard rock band, Wolfmother, from 2000 to August 2008. His trademark stage antic is playing the keyboard at a slant or vertically. At the APRA Awards of 2007 Ross and bandmates, Myles Heskett and Andrew Stockdale, won the Songwriters of the Year category. After leaving Wolfmother with Heskett, the pair worked as Doom Buggy, then they formed Palace of Fire (with Matt Blackman) in 2009. Wolfmother
Wolfmother is an Australian hard rock band from Sydney. Formed in 2004, the group is centred around vocalist and guitarist Andrew Stockdale, who is the only constant member of the line-up. The band has been through many personnel changes since their formation, with the current incarnation including drummer Hamish Rosser and bassist Brad Heald, both of whom are former members of The Vines. The original – and most commercially successful – line-up included bassist and keyboardist Chris Ross and drummer Myles Heskett. Ross and Heskett left Wolfmother after four years in 2008. "She's Got You High" is the third single by Mumm-Ra (band), Mumm-Ra, released by Columbia Records, Columbia on May 14, 2007. It reached #41 in the UK Singles Chart, one place lower than previous single "What Would Steve Do?". It was also two sales off a top 40 position. The YouTube video has had 935,000 views. The "Out of the Question (Mumm-Ra song), Out of the Question" version featured as a B-side is a live recording from a gig on the NME Awards NME Tours, 2007 Indie Rock tour, and ''There She Is'' featured on their EP ''Black Hurts Day and the Night Rolls On''. Mumm-Ra are an English indie rock band, formed in Bexhill on Sea in the early 2000s. The band's name is borrowed from the 1980s cartoon, '' ThunderCats'', whose main villain is named Mumm-Ra the Ever-Living. The group consists of vocalist, keyboard player, and occasional guitarist James New, guitarists James Arguile and Oli Frost, bassist Niall Buckler, and drummer Gareth Jennings. "Here Comes Your Man" is a song by the American alternative rock band Pixies, written and sung by the band's frontman Black Francis. Meaghan Smith is a Canadian singer-songwriter, musician, and visual artist.
