The 2021–22 season was Scunthorpe United F.C., Scunthorpe United's 123rd year in their history and third consecutive season in EFL League Two, League Two. Andrew Francis Cannon (born 14 March 1996) is an English professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Wrexham. Club career Rochdale Cannon made his first team debut for Rochdale on 27 September 2014, coming on as a second-half substitute for Bastien Hery in an away League One match against Leyton Orient at Brisbane Road. George Taft
George William Taft (born 29 July 1993) is an English professional footballer who plays as a centre back for club Worksop Town. A graduate of Leicester City's youth academy, Taft failed to break into the first team and was loaned out to Kettering Town, Karlstad BK and York City. Farsley
Farsley is a town in the City of Leeds metropolitan borough, West Yorkshire, England to the west of Leeds city centre, east of Bradford. Farsley is situated between the two cities and near the town of Pudsey. Before April 1974, Farsley was part of the Borough of Pudsey. Before 1934 it was its own urban district council. It had its own council offices opposite the cenotaph, which is now a dental practice. The ward of Calverley and Farsley also includes the estate of Swinnow and some northern parts of Pudsey. The Citadel, Farsley
The Citadel, previously known as Throstle Nest, is a football ground situated in Farsley, in the Metropolitan District of the City of Leeds in England, and is the current home of Farsley Celtic. It has a capacity of 3,900, 400 of which are seated. For the 2007–08 season Farsley Celtic agreed to let Leeds Met Carnegie also play at the ground. Barton-upon-Humber () or Barton is a town and civil parish in North Lincolnshire, England. The population at the 2011 census was 11,066. Devarn Rohan Green (born 26 August 1996) is an English professional footballer who plays as a forward for club Oldham Athletic. A former trainee at Burton Albion and Blackburn Rovers, he played non-league football for Hednesford Town, Stourbridge, Tranmere Rovers and Southport, before he was signed by Scunthorpe United in January 2020. Alfie Beestin
Alfie Dillon Beestin (born 1 October 1997) is an English professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Scunthorpe United. He was born in Leeds and trained with the York College/i2i Football Development Centre, also playing for the Tadcaster Albion development team. Early life Born in Leeds, Beestin studied at The Co-operative Academy of Leeds, before moving on to York College, achieving a Level 2 Certificate in Sport and a Level 1 Coaching Award. He started his career at the Tadcaster Albion development team, scoring four goals in three games. During a trial at Doncaster Rovers he impressed manager Darren Ferguson.
