2021 Rostelecom Cup
The 2021 Rostelecom Cup was the sixth event in the 2021–22 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a senior-level international invitational competition series. It was held at the Iceberg Skating Palace in Sochi on November 26–28. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pairs, and ice dance. Skaters earned points toward qualifying for the 2021–22 Grand Prix Final. The event was originally scheduled to be held at its traditional location of Megasport Sport Palace in Moscow, but was relocated in June after the International Ice Hockey Federation adjusted the rink size at the Megasport. ISU Grand Prix Of Figure Skating
The ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating (known as ISU Champions Series from 1995 to 1997) is a series of senior international figure skating competitions organized by the International Skating Union. The invitational series was inaugurated in 1995, incorporating several previously existing events. Medals are awarded in the disciplines of single skating, men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The junior-level equivalent is the ISU Junior Grand Prix. Single Skating
Single skating is a discipline of figure skating in which male and female skaters compete individually. Men's singles and women's singles are governed by the International Skating Union (ISU). Figure skating is the oldest winter sport contested at the Olympics, with men's and women's single skating appearing as two of the four figure skating events at the London Games in 1908. Single skaters are required to perform two segments in all international competitions, the short program and the free skating program. Loena Hendrickx
Loena Hendrickx (; born 5 November 1999) is a Belgian figure skater. She is the 2022 World silver medalist, the 2023 European silver medalist, the 2022–23 Grand Prix Final bronze medalist, the 2022 Grand Prix de France champion, a two-time Challenger series gold medalist, a two-time International Challenge Cup champion (2017, 2021), and a five-time Belgian national champion (2017–2019, 2022–2023). Viktoriia Andreevna Safonova (russian: Виктория Андреевна Сафонова; born 8 May 2003) is a Russian-Belarusian figure skater. She is the 2019 CS Golden Spin of Zagreb silver medalist, the 2021 CS Nebelhorn Trophy bronze medalist, the 2020 Ice Star champion, the 2019 Volvo Open Cup champion, and a two-time Belarusian national champion (2020, 2021). Ekaterina Alexeyevna Ryabova (russian: Екатерина Алексеевна Рябова; born 27 March 2003) is a retired Russian-Azerbaijani figure skater who represented Azerbaijan in women's singles. Olga Romanovna Mikutina ( uk, Ольга Романівна Мікутіна; born 6 October 2003) is a Ukrainian-Austrian figure skater who competes for Austria. International Ice Hockey Federation
The International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF; french: Fédération internationale de hockey sur glace; german: Internationale Eishockey-Föderation) is a worldwide governing body for ice hockey.
