The 2021 Austrian Grand Prix (officially known as the Bitci Motorrad Grand Prix von Österreich) was the eleventh round of the 2021 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season and the fifth round of the 2021 MotoE World Cup. It was held at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg on 15 August 2021. Red Bull Ring
The Red Bull Ring is a motorsport race track in Spielberg, Styria, Austria. The race circuit was founded as Österreichring (translation: Austrian Circuit) and hosted the Austrian Grand Prix for 18 consecutive years, from to . It was later shortened, rebuilt and renamed the A1-Ring (A Eins-Ring), and it hosted the Austrian Grand Prix again from to . When Formula One outgrew the circuit, a plan was drawn up to extend the layout. Parts of the circuit, including the pits and main grandstand, were demolished, but construction work was stopped and the circuit remained unusable for several years before it was purchased by Red Bull's Dietrich Mateschitz and rebuilt. 2021 MotoE World Cup
The 2021 MotoE World Cup (known officially as the 2021 FIM Enel MotoE World Cup for sponsorship reasons) was the third season of the MotoE World Cup for electric motorcycle racing, and was a support series of the 73rd F.I.M. Grand Prix motorcycle racing season. The Cup was won by Spanish rider Jordi Torres for the second consecutive season at the final round in Misano. 2021 Grand Prix Motorcycle Racing Season

Road Racing World Championship season. Fabio Quartararo won his first world title, with five race wins ahead of securing the title in the third last race of the season. Quartararo became the first ever Frenchman to win the premier class title, which was also the first title for a non-Spanish rider since Australian Casey Stoner in 2011. The season also saw Francesco Bagnaia and Jorge Martín win their first premier class races. Dominique Aegerter (born 30 September 1990) is a Swiss professional road racer of solo motorcycles, competing in both the MotoE World Championship and the Supersport World Championship. He won the Supersport World Championship in and 2022. He also won the MotoE World Cup in . For 2023, Aegerter will join the GRT Yamaha team in World Superbikes. Career Early career Born in Rohrbach, Switzerland, Aegerter started his career in motocross. He then competed in the ADAC Pro Junior Cup 125cc class in 2003 and 2004. Fermín Aldeguer Mengual (born 5 April 2005) is a Spanish motorcycle road racer, competing in Moto2 for the Speed Up Racing Team. Dennis Foggia (born 7 January 2001) is an Italian motorcycle rider who is scheduled to compete in the 2023 Moto2 World Championship, riding for Italtrans Racing Team. Deniz Öncü (born 26 July 2003) is a Turkish motorcycle racer, currently competing in the Moto3 World Championship, for team Red Bull KTM Tech3. His twin brother, Can Öncü, is also a motorcycle racer. Both brothers are mentored by Turkish multi-world champion motorcycle racer, Kenan Sofuoğlu.
