2021 MotoE World Cup
The 2021 MotoE World Cup (known officially as the 2021 FIM Enel MotoE World Cup for sponsorship reasons) was the third season of the MotoE World Cup for electric motorcycle racing, and was a support series of the 73rd F.I.M. Grand Prix motorcycle racing season. The Cup was won by Spanish rider Jordi Torres for the second consecutive season at the final round in Misano. The Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM; en, International Motorcycling Federation) is the global governing/sanctioning body of motorcycle racing. It represents 116 national motorcycle federations that are divided into six regional continental unions. There are seven motorcycle-racing disciplines that FIM covers, encompassing 82 world championships as well as hundreds of secondary championships: enduro, trial, circuit racing, motocross and supermoto, cross-country, e-bike, and track racing. FIM is also involved in many non-racing activities that promote the sport, its safety, and support relevant public policy. The FIM is also the first international sporting federation to publish an Environmental Code, in 1994. Andrea Mantovani (born 22 June 1984) is an Italian footballer who plays in the defender position. Club career Torino Mantovani started his career at Torino Calcio. He was a member of the Allievi Nazionali Under-17 team in the 2000–01 season. In the 2002–03 season, he occasionally received first-team call-up and made his debut on 19 January 2003 against Como, where he replaced Gianluca Comotto at half-time. The match ended in a 0–0 draw. After Torino was relegated in 2003, he was loaned to Serie B side Triestina. In the 2004–05 season, Mantovani returned to Turin and played as one of the regular starters; he was awarded the no.4 shirt. The team won the promotion playoffs but then went bankrupt. Aspar Team (formerly Ángel Nieto Team) is a Grand Prix motorcycle racing team from Spain, competing in the Moto2, Moto3 and MotoE World Championships. History The team was created by former world champion Jorge Martínez in 1992, when he was still riding a Honda RS125R. For 1993 Martínez expanded his operations into the 250cc class debuting with Juan Borja. For the next two seasons the Aspar team switched to Yamaha TZ125 bikes leaving the 250cc division. In 1996 Aspar started an 18-year relationship with Aprilia; in those years he fielded riders like Fonsi Nieto and Arnaud Vincent before entering the 250cc class again, in 2000 with Alex Debón. Sic58 Squadra Corse is an Italian motorcycle racing team founded by Paolo Simoncelli in honour of his son, Marco Simoncelli (1987–2011). The Sepang Racing Team (formerly known as SIC Racing Team) was a Malaysian Grand Prix motorcycle racing team which operated until the end of 2021, and was owned by the Sepang International Circuit. First established in 2015 in the Moto3 class and expanded in 2019, it fielded teams in MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 championships. The MotoGP team was formally called Petronas Yamaha Sepang Racing Team (Petronas Yamaha SRT), while the Moto2 and Moto3 teams were named Petronas Sprinta Racing Team (Petronas SRT). Career Early career Zaccone began competing as a child; in 2008, he was regional mini-bike champion and fourth at the national level. In the following years, he continued with the MiniGP and some CIV races in the Moto3 category.
