The 2020–21 season was the 82nd season in the existence of Levante UD and the club's fourth consecutive season in the top flight of Spanish football. In addition to the domestic league, Levante participated in this season's edition of the Copa del Rey. Roberto "Róber" Suárez Pier (born 16 February 1995) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Sporting de Gijón. Club career Deportivo Born in Oleiros, Galicia, Pier was a youth product of Deportivo de La Coruña. He made his debut as a senior with their reserves in 2012, spending several years with the side in Tercera División. Jorge de Frutos Sebastián (born 20 February 1997) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Levante UD as a winger. Club career Born in Navares de Enmedio, Segovia, Castile and León, de Frutos represented CDP Sepúlveda, CD Cantalejo and CF Rayo Majadahonda as a youth. Nikola Vukčević ( cnr, Никола Bукчeвић, ; born 13 December 1991), also known as Điđo (Ђиђо), is a Montenegrin professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Qatar Stars League side Al-Ahli. Vukčević began his professional career with Budućnost. He debuted for the Montenegro national team in 2014. Rubén Rochina Naixes (born 23 March 1991) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays for Granada CF as a winger or a forward. Sergio Postigo Redondo (born 4 November 1988) is a Spanish professional footballer who plays as a central defender for CD Mirandés. He scored three goals in 114 games in La Liga in five seasons with Levante. Rúben Miguel Nunes Vezo (born 25 April 1994) is a Portuguese professional footballer who plays as a central defender or a right-back for Super League Greece club Olympiacos.
