2020 Korean FA Cup
The 2020 Korean FA Cup, known as Hana Bank FA Cup due to sponsorship agreement with Hana Bank, was the 25th edition of the Korean FA Cup. Suwon Samsung Bluewings were the defending champions. As a change from the previous year, U-League teams did not participate; instead, the top eleven sides from the K5 League gained qualification. Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors won their fourth FA Cup title, and qualified for the 2021 AFC Champions League group stage. Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors ( ko, 전북 현대 모터스) is a South Korean professional football club based in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province that competes in the K League 1, the top tier of South Korean football. Playing at the Jeonju World Cup Stadium, Jeonbuk have won the K League a record nine times, including five consecutive titles between 2017 and 2021, and the Korean FA Cup five times. Busan Transportation Corporation FC, often referred to as 'the mighty' Busan Transportation Corporation FC is a semi-professional South Korean soccer club based in the city of Busan. The currently playing in K3 League for the 2020 season. They are owned and operated by Busan Transportation Corporation and play their home games at the Busan Gudeok Stadium, the spiritual home of football in the city and one of the venues for the 1988 Summer Olympics. Pyeongtaek () is a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. Located in the southwestern part of the province, Pyeongtaek was founded as a union of two districts in 940, during the Goryeo dynasty. Ulsan Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium located in Ulsan Sports Complex, Ulsan, South Korea. Originally, there was Ulsan Civic Stadium at the same location which opened in 1970. The original stadium was demolished in 2003 and replaced with Ulsan Sport Complex. Ulsan Sports Complex consists of the Ulsan Stadium and Dongchun Gymnasium.
