2020 Chinese FA Cup
The 2020 Chinese Football Association Cup, officially known as the Yanjing Beer 2020 Chinese FA Cup (Chinese: 燕京啤酒2020中国足球协会杯) for sponsorship reasons, was the 22nd edition of the Chinese FA Cup. It was postponed following the COVID-19 pandemic in mainland China. On 2 September 2020, Chinese Football Association announced that Chinese FA Cup would resume on 18 September 2020. The defending champions, Chinese Super League side Shanghai Greenland Shenhua, were eliminated by Guangzhou R&F in the first round on 18 September. Schedule The schedule is as follows. Li Ang (footballer)
Li Ang (; ; born 15 September 1993) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Shanghai Port in the Chinese Super League. Club career Li Ang started his football career with Jiangsu Suning in 2014 after playing for Jiangsu Youth during the 2011 season and the 2012 season. He made his debut for the club in a league game on 8 March 2014 in a 0-0 draw against Guizhou Renhe. Tang Miao (footballer, Born October 1990)
Tang Miao (; ; born 16 October 1990 in Dalian) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Guangzhou R&F in the Chinese Super League. Club career Born in Dalian, Tang moved to Beijing and joined Beijing Guoan youth team at the age of twelve along with twin elder brother Tang Xin in 2002. He was loaned to Beijing's satellite team Beijing Guoan Talent, which would play as a foreign team in Singapore's S. League in the 2010 season. On 7 September 2010, the club was involved in a brawl during a match with Young Lions at Jalan Besar Stadium. Huang Zhengyu
Huang Zhengyu (; born 24 January 1997 in Guangzhou) is a Chinese professional footballer who plays as a defender for Chinese Super League club Shandong Taishan. Club career In 2016, Huang Zhengyu was promoted to Chinese Super League side Guangzhou R&F first team by manager Dragan Stojković. Lu Lin (; born 3 February 1985) is a Chinese football player who plays as a left winger. Club career Lu Lin was the product of the Guangzhou Pharmaceutical youth team and would soon be sent off to their satellite youth team Xiangxue Pharmaceutical to play within the 2002–03 Hong Kong First Division League before he broke into the Guangzhou senior team during the 2003 Chinese league season. Peng Xinli (; born 22 July 1991 in Chengdu) is a Chinese professional footballer who currently plays as a left-footed midfielder for Chinese Super League club Shanghai Shenhua. Alexander N'Doumbou
Qian Jiegei (; born 4 January 1992), born in Gabon as Alexander N'Doumbou, is a professional footballer who plays for Chinese Super League club Zhejiang. He formerly represented the Gabon national football team. Club career N'Doumbou began his football career at Division 1 Gabonese club AS Sogara's youth team. Zhang Gong (; ; born 10 April 1992) is a Chinese footballer who currently plays for Chengdu Rongcheng in the Chinese Super League. Yang Xu (; born 12 February 1988) is a Chinese professional footballer who currently plays for Chinese Super League club Shanghai Shenhua. Club career Yang Xu started his football career when he made his debut for Liaoning Whowin on 16 April 2005 in a 1–0 loss against Shanghai Shenhua.
