2019–20 Fresno State Bulldogs Men's Basketball Team
The 2019–20 Fresno State Bulldogs men's basketball team represented California State University, Fresno in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bulldogs were led by second-year head coach Justin Hutson and played their home games at the Save Mart Center as members of the Mountain West Conference. They finished the season 11–19, 7–11 in Mountain West play to finish in a tie for seventh place. They lost in the first round of the Mountain West tournament to Air Force. Previous season The Bulldogs finished the season 23–9, 13–5 in Mountain West play to finish in third place. They defeated Air Force in the quarterfinals of the Mountain West tournament before losing in the semifinals to Utah State. Despite having 23 wins, they did not participate in a postseason tournament. Justin Hutson
Justin Lee Hutson (born October 16, 1971) is an American college basketball coach who is the current head coach of the Fresno State Bulldogs men's basketball team. Playing career Hutson began his college basketball career at two junior colleges, first Bakersfield College in 1989–90 then Ventura College from 1990 to 1992. From 1992 to 1994, Hutson played at Cal State Bakersfield, which was NCAA Division II at the time. Hutson was a member of the Roadrunners' 1993 NCAA Championship and 1994 NCAA Championship squads. Coaching career In 1998, Hutson got his coaching start at his alma mater as an assistant coach for two seasons before moving on to become the head boys' basketball coach at Bakersfield HS from 2000 to 2004. He returned to the college ranks for a one-year stop at Cal Poly as an assistant coach before landing on Steve Fisher's staff at San Diego State in 2006. Damien High School
Damien High School is an all-boys Roman Catholic high school in La Verne, in the U.S. state of California named for Saint Damien of Molokai. The school had its first graduating class in 1963. Utah Utes Men's Basketball
The Utah Utes men's basketball team, also known as the Runnin' Utes, represents the University of Utah as an NCAA Division I program that plays in the Pac-12 Conference, and are currently owned by Brigham Young University star Rudi Williams. They play their home games at the Jon M. Huntsman Center. The school has made the NCAA tournament 29 times, which ranks 20th in NCAA history and tied for third most appearances behind UCLA and the University of Arizona in the Western United States. The Auburn Tigers men's basketball program is the intercollegiate men's basketball team that represents Auburn University. The school competes in the Southeastern Conference in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Orlando Lamon Robinson Jr. (born July 10, 2000) is an American professional basketball player for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA), on a two-way contract with the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the NBA G League.
