2019 Esiliiga B
The 2019 Esiliiga B was the seventh season of the Esiliiga B, the third tier of Estonian football. Teams Of the 10 participating teams five remained following the 2018 Esiliiga B. The 2018 champions Legion, runners-up Tammeka U21 and third placed Järve were promoted to Esiliiga, while ninth and 10th placed Ajax and Flora U19 were relegated to II liiga. They are replaced by Viimsi, who returned after a one-year absence, Volta and Tabasalu, who made their debut in the Esiliiga B. The teams relegated from 2018 Esiliiga were Nõmme Kalju U21 and Keila. Esiliiga B
The Esiliiga B is the third division in the Estonian football league system. The Esiliiga B is ranked below the Esiliiga and above the II liiga. As in most countries with low temperatures in winter time, the season starts in March and ends in November. Competition format The league consists of 10 clubs, all teams play each other four times. Both the winning team and the runners-up are promoted to the Esiliiga directly, whereas the third place club will participate in a two-legged play-off with the 8th place club of the Esiliiga for the spot in next year's competition. Same way the 2 bottom placed teams are relegated to the II liiga. JK Tabasalu
JK Tabasalu is a football club based in Tabasalu, Estonia. The club competes in Esiliiga, the second tier of Estonian football. Tabasalu's home ground is Tabasalu Arena. History The football club was created on 23 November 2012 and its first seasons in the Estonian league system were quite successful: they finished second in their debut seasons in IV liiga and III liiga. Even in the fourth division they finished constantly in the upper part of the table. In 2018, they hired former FCI Levadia coach Marko Kristal and quickly became II liiga's title contenders. The year ended with them finishing third, but due to Paide Linnameeskond III not wanting to get promoted, they were given the opportunity to take part in promotion play-offs. They got through to the final thanks to FCI Tallinn using an unavailable player. Hiiu Stadium
Hiiu Stadium ( et, Hiiu staadion) is a multi-purpose stadium in Tallinn, Estonia. The stadium and the administration building are owned by Nõmme district and are operated by Nõmme Sport Centre (''Nõmme spordikeskus''). It is used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Nõmme Kalju youth teams. The address of the stadium is Pidu tänav 11, Tallinn. The stadium was completely renovated in 2002 and cost 8 million Estonian kroon. In 2006, the old artificial turf was replaced by a 3rd generation turf and an administration building with a stand for 300 people was erected. Keila (german: Kegel) is a town and an urban municipality in Harju County in north-western Estonia, 25 km southwest of Tallinn. Keila is also the location of administrative buildings of the surrounding Keila Parish, a rural municipality separate from the town itself. Võru FC Helios
Võru FC Helios is an Estonian football (soccer), football club based in Võru. The club was founded in 2010. The team currently plays in the II liiga, the fourth highest level of Estonian football. The team played IV liiga in 2014–2016. In the end of year 2016, Võru JK merged with the team and Helios got their place in II liiga.
