2018 PSL Season
The 2018 PSL season was the sixth season of the Philippine Super Liga (PSL). It introduced its first all-star weekend and a fourth indoor tournament, the Collegiate Grand Slam Conference, featuring collegiate women's teams. Petron Blaze Spikers
The Petron Blaze Spikers were a professional women's volleyball team that played in the Philippine Super Liga (PSL) from 2013 to 2020. After the cancellation of the 2020 season of the PSL due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the team took a leave of absence from the league and released all its players. The team was owned by Petron Corporation. The company's involvement in volleyball began in 2002 when it established the Petron Ladies Beach Volleyball Tournament. Team history Petron became the first team to sweep a PSL tournament with a 13–0 record and claim the 2015 All-Filipino championship, its second consecutive PSL title. At their stint in the 2015 Asian Women's Club Volleyball Championship in Ha Nam, Vietnam, the team finished at 8th place with only one game won out of six matches played. Marta Drpa
Marta Drpa ( sr-cyrl, Марта Дрпа; born 20 April 1989) is a Serbian professional volleyball player. She was a member of the Serbia women's national volleyball team that won the bronze medals at the 2015 European Games and 2015 European Championship. She also won the championships at the 2010 National League A in Switzerland and 2016 Cupa României in Romania with Voléro Zürich and CSM Târgoviște respectively. Her current club is Yenisey Krasnoyarsk. Career National team Drpa is a member of the Serbia women's national volleyball team since 2006. Generika-Ayala Lifesavers
The Generika Ayala Lifesavers are a professional women's volleyball team owned by Actimed, Inc. (Generika Drugstore) in partnership with Ayala Corporation. History Generika Drugstore first became involved in the Philippine Superliga (PSL) when it sponsored the Philippine Army Lady Troopers during the 2014 All-Filipino Conference, playing as the "Generika-Army Lady Troopers". For the following conference, the company formed its own team composed of the coaching staff and most of the players from the disbanded AirAsia Flying Spikers. The franchise did not participate during the 2015 season and remnants of the team went on to form the nucleus of the Shopinas.com Lady Clickers. Cocolife Asset Managers
The United VC was a professional women's volleyball team in the Philippine Superliga (PSL). Established in 2017, the club debuted under the sponsorship of United Coconut Planters Life Assurance Corporation (COCOLIFE) and played as the COCOLIFE Asset Managers from the 2017 to 2018 seasons. The PLDT High Speed Hitters (formerly the Smart Giga Hitters and the PLDT Home Fibr Power Hitters) is the professional women's volleyball team owned by PLDT.
