2018 NACAC Championships
The 2018 North American, Central American and Caribbean Championships was a regional track and field competition held at Varsity Stadium in Toronto, Canada, from August 10–12, 2018. It was the third edition of a senior track and field championship for the NACAC region, held three years after the 2015 NACAC Championships.Drouin still plans to continue training with the goal of being healthy to compete in the Commonwealth Games and NACAC Championships in 2018.

Aaron Brown (sprinter)
Aaron Brown (born 27 May 1992) is a Canadian sprinter who specializes in the 100 and 200 metres. As part of Canada's 4×100 m relay team, he is a two-time Olympic medallist at the 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics, and the 2022 World champion. Brown has also won two World bronze medals as part of Canada's 4×100 m relay teams in 2013 and 2015. As an individual, Brown is the 2018 Commonwealth Games silver medalist in the 200 m and won several junior championship medals early in his career. Justyn Knight
Justyn Knight (born 19 July 1996) is a Canadian long-distance track runner. A successful collegiate runner during his time at Syracuse University, he was the school's most-decorated distance runner in cross country and track. On the professional scene, he has represented his country at the World and Olympic level, with his highest finish to date being seventh at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo. Hassan Mead ( Somali: Xassan Miicaad, ar, حسن ميد; born June 28, 1989) is a Somali-American long-distance runner. He was a cross country and track athlete for the University of Minnesota. An eight-time All-American in his Minnesota career, four in cross country (2007, 2008, 2009, 2011) and five in track (2008 outdoor, 2009 indoor and outdoor, 2012 indoor and outdoor). Charles Philibert-Thiboutot (born 31 December 1990) is a Canadian middle-distance runner. He competed in the 1500 metres at the 2015 World Championships in Athletics and at the 2016 Olympics, reaching semifinals on both occasions. Izaic Yorks (born April 17, 1994) is an American middle-distance and long-distance runner. Yorks won 1500 m at 2018 NACAC Championships. As a Washington Huskies, Izaic Yorks is an eight-time NCAA Division 1 All-American cross country and Track and field runner. Professional Izaic Yorks signed with Brooks in June 2016. Marco Arop (born September 20, 1998) is a Canadian track and field athlete competing in the middle distance events. He currently holds a personal best of 1:43:26 in the 800 m. He is the 2022 World bronze medallist and the 2019 Pan American champion in that discipline. Arop represented Canada at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Brandon McBride (born June 15, 1994) is a Canadian track and field athlete competing in middle-distance events, predominantly in the 800 metres. He won the gold medal in the event at the 2018 NACAC Championships. McBride represented Canada at the 2016 Rio and 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
