2017 NASCAR Pinty's Series
The 2017 NASCAR Pinty's Series was the eleventh season of the NASCAR Pinty's Series. Beginning on May 21 at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, the season consisted of thirteen races at eleven different venues in Canada. The season ended at Jukasa Motor Speedway on September 23. Cayden Lapcevich is the defending Drivers' Champion. Alex Labbé won the championship when the Green Flag dropped at the last race, as there were not enough entries for Labbé to lose that many points that Kevin Lacroix could have taken the championship. Labbé won the championship by a 16-point margin over Lacroix. Richard Hoyt Crawford Jr. (born July 26, 1958) is an American former professional stock car racing driver and convicted sex offender. Crawford competed in the Craftsman Truck Series full-time from 1997 to 2009. He is the former promoter and manager of Mobile International Speedway. Early career Crawford began his racing career as a short-track racer in the southeastern United States. He won the 1989 running of the prestigious annual short track Snowball Derby race. He also won the track championship at Five Flags Speedway in 1981 and 1984, and won the championship at Mobile International Speedway in 1981, 1982, and 1984. Armani Williams
Armani Williams (born April 14, 2000) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 46 Toyota Tundra for G2G Racing. He has also competed in the ARCA Menards Series as well as what are now the ARCA Menards Series East and ARCA Menards Series West in the past. Andrew Ranger (born November 20, 1986) is a Canadian professional racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Pinty's Series, driving the No. 27 for Paillé Course//Racing. Ranger is a veteran of the Pinty's Series, having claimed 28 wins in 133 races. He was champion in 2007, 2009 and 2019, runner-up in 2016, third in 2012 and 2015, and fourth in 2008. Marc-Antoine Camirand (born 30 April 1979) is a Canadian racing driver. He currently competes in the NASCAR Pinty's Series and is the 2022 NASCAR Pinty's Series champion. Early career Camirand began karting in the early 1990s, winning the F100 Junior class in the Quebec Karting Championship in 1993 and the Formula Super A class in the Canadian Karting Championship two years later in 1995. Donald Theetge (born October 3, 1966) is a Canadian professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 74 Toyota Camry for Visconti Motorsports, as well as the NASCAR Pinty's Series driving his own No. 80 Chevrolet Camaro.
