2014 Porsche Carrera Cup Germany
The 2014 Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland season was the 29th German Porsche Carrera Cup season. It began on 3 May at Hockenheim and finished on 18 October at the same circuit, after nine race meetings, with two races at each event. It was a support championship for the 2014 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters season. Team Deutsche Post by Project 1 driver Philipp Eng was crowned champion at the final round of the season, with a third-place finish good enough to give him the drivers' championship by two points, ahead of QPOD Walter Lechner Racing's Michael Ammermüller. Eng started the season with a victory at Hockenheim, and won two more races during the campaign, including a race win at the August Red Bull Ring meeting that he had been previously disqualified from, before a successful appeal was heard in October. 2014 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters Season
The 2014 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters was the twenty-eighth season of premier German touring car championship and also fifteenth season under the moniker of Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters since the series' resumption in 2000. The season started on 4 May at Hockenheim, and ended on 19 October at the same venue, after a total of ten rounds. In his second season in the series, BMW Team RMG driver Marco Wittmann became champion after his consistent finishes throughout the season left him with a comfortable 50-point winning margin. Wittmann took his first series victory in the opening race at Hockenheim, and quickly added a second victory at the Hungaroring. He also won back-to-back races at the Red Bull Ring and the Nürburgring, before clinching the title at Lausitzring. The 2014 Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup season was the 22nd Porsche Supercup season. It began on 11 May at Circuit de Catalunya and finished on 2 November at Circuit of the Americas, after ten scheduled races, all of which were support events for the 2014 Formula One season. Tom Dillmann
Tom Dillmann (born 6 April 1989 in Mulhouse) is a French racing driver, formerly competing for Nio Formula E Team, in Formula E. He is probably best known for winning the German Formula Three Championship in the 2010 season and the Formula V8 3.5 Championship in the 2016 3.5 season. Career Karting and Formula Renault As son of retired racing driver, mechanic and team manager Gerard Dillmann, Tom Dillmann started his career by winning the regional Alsace soapbox championship in 1999. He raced go-karts from 2000 to 2002 in the minime and junior classes, and won a regional title and also achieved fourth place in the French championship. Timo Bernhard
Timo Bernhard (born 24 February 1981) is a former driver from Germany. He was a sports car driver from Porsche, but was seconded to Audi for selected events in 2009 and 2010. He is a winner of the Triple Crown in endurance racing. Norbert Siedler (born 29 December 1982 in Wildschönau) is an Austrian racing driver. Career Siedler began his career in motorsport in karts. In 1992 he began at the age of ten years in the German Kartszene and in 1997, won the junior class. In 1999, he was an Austrian kart driver. The Norisring is a street circuit in Nuremberg, Bavaria, Germany. Originally established as a motorcycle racing venue in 1947 and named in a 1950 competition to win a light motorcycle, the track became known as a sports car racing venue in the 1970s.
