2013 Azerbaijan Supercup ( az, 2013 Futbol üzrə Azərbaycan Superkuboku) was the 4th edition of the Azerbaijan Supercup since its establishment in 1992. The match was contested between the 2012–13 Azerbaijan Premier League champions Neftchi Baku and the 2012–13 Azerbaijan Cup finalists Khazar Lankaran. Azerbaijan Supercup
The Azerbaijan Supercup ( az, Azərbaycan Milli Futbol Superkuboku) was a football competition, held at the beginning of each domestic season and disputed between the winners of the Azerbaijan Premier League and the winners of the Azerbaijan Cup. It was held in 1993–1995 period as "Sahar" Supercup. From 1996 the competition became inactive. The competition was reestablished in 2013, although it is not held since. History Neftchi Baku holds the record for winning the Supercup the most times, winning it two times since the competition began in 1993. In 1994, Qarabağ were awarded automatically with the Supercup after the team won both the domestic title and the Azerbaijan Cup. In 2013, the Professional Football League of Azerbaijan decided to restore the Azerbaijan Supercup. Khazar Lankaran were the first winners of the restored Supercup. Mahir Shukurov
Mahir Shukurov ( az, Mahir Ağateyyub oğlu Şükürov; born 12 December 1982 in Sumgayit) is a retired Azerbaijani footballer. Career Club Shukurov has been regular player for Inter Baku since 2009. He has also have played for clubs like FK Karvan, Olimpik Baku, Neftchi Baku, Khazar Lankaran, as well as for the Turkish club Antalyaspor. Anzhi Makhachkala On 8 January 2010, following on from a successful 2010 World Cup qualification and Europa League campaign, Shukurov signed a three-year deal with FC Anzhi Makhachkala for €200,000. His debut came against Spartak Moscow, which ended in goalless draw in 2010 Russian Premier League. Karşıyaka In June 2014 Shukurov signed a one-year contract, with the option of a second, with PTT 1. Lig side Karşıyaka. Tarlan Ahmadov
Tarlan Ahmadov ( az, Tərlan Musa oğlu Əhmədov, born 17 November 1971) is a retired Azerbaijani international football defender who was captain of the national team. During his international career he earned 73 caps, ranking him fourth in Azerbaijan's all time appearances. Ahmadov played his club football in Azerbaijan, Russia, Ukraine and Iran, ending his career with Olimpik Baku in 2009. Club career Ahmadov started his career at Termist Baku before moving to Neftchi Baku in 1989 and then Turan Tovuz in 1992. Ahmadov's first adventure playing outside of Azerbaijan was for Terek Grozny during the 1993 season, appearing 14 times. Ernest Webnje Nfor (born 28 April 1986 in Cameroon), known as Nfor, is a Cameroonian professional footballer, who currently plays for Belgian club KSV Temse as a striker. Career Belgium In January 2006 he started playing KAA Ghent, coming from Sable Batié. He was hardly playing opportunities, and the following season he was loaned to KMSK Deinze. During the 2007–08 season he was loaned to KV Kortrijk. After that season AA Gent wanted to take him back into the first team. Elvin Yunuszade ( az, Elvin Yunuszadə; born 22 August 1992 in Qazakh) is an Azerbaijani footballer who last plays for Kapaz in the Azerbaijan Premier League. Career Club On 24 May 2018, Qarabağ FK announced that Yunuszade had been released by the club following expiration of his contract. On 9 January 2019, Sabail announced the singing of Yunuszade. Melvin Platje (; born 16 December 1988) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays as a forward for AFC. Career Early career Before joining FC Volendam, Platje played in the youth departments of FC Omniworld and SV Huizen. He later moved to the FC Volendam youth system, and Platje joined the professional ranks at the club in the summer of 2007.
