Scott Hend
Scott Robert Hend (born 1973) is an Australian professional golfer who has played on a number of the world's main tours. He is renowned as a long hitter. Professional career Hend turned professional in 1997 and joined the PGA Tour of Australasia. He has since played on most of the major golf tours around the world. He has won three times in Australia, and was the inaugural winner of the Von Nida Tour Order of Merit in 2003. He has also won on the Canadian Tour, at the 2002 Victoria Open. Hend played on the United States-based PGA Tour in 2004 and 2005, having gained his card at qualifying school for both seasons. In 2005, he was the first foreign player to win the 'Long Drive' statistic on the PGA Tour. Anirban Lahiri (born 29 June 1987) is an Indian professional golfer. He has played on the Asian Tour, European Tour, PGA Tour and LIV Golf. Lahiri is recipient of the 2014 Arjuna Award. He is also recipient of "Sera Bangali" award (in 2015), given by the ''Anandabazar Patrika''. Early life Lahiri hails from a Bengali family. He learned to play golf at the age of eight from his father, Dr. Tushar Lahiri, who was a physician with the armed forces and a recreational golfer. 2013 Korean Tour
The 2013 Korean Tour was the third season of the Korean Tour to carry Official World Golf Ranking points. The season consisted of 14 events, five of which were co-sanctioned by other tours. Brett Michael Rumford (born 27 July 1977) is an Australian professional golfer who plays on the European Tour, having formerly been a member on both the PGA Tour and PGA Tour of Australasia. Early life Rumford was born and grew up in Perth, Western Australia. He started playing golf at age ten. Rumford represented Australia in amateur golf. Ballantine's Championship
The Ballantine's Championship (known as The Championship at Laguna National in its final year) was a European Tour golf tournament which was played from 2008 to 2014. It was the first European Tour event to be staged in South Korea. From 2008 to 2010, the tournament was played at Pinx Golf Club on the island of Jeju. From 2011 to 2013, the tournament was played at Blackstone Golf Club. In 2014, the event has moved to Laguna National Golf & CC in Singapore and titled as The Championship at Laguna National. Lin Wen-tang (, born 28 June 1974) is a Taiwanese professional golfer. He comes from a golfing family, with his father and uncle both being professionals and two brothers who played with him on the Asian Tour. Lin turned professional in 1996, and won for the first time as at the 1998 Hsin Fong Open, a non-tour event in his home country. Wade Ormsby (born 31 March 1980) is an Australian professional golfer who plays on the European Tour and on the LIV Golf Invitational Series. Maybank Malaysian Open
The Malaysian Open is a men's professional golf tournament currently played on the Asian Tour. Notable past winners include world number one golfers Vijay Singh and Lee Westwood (both players winning the event on two occasions). Other notable winners include 17-year-old Italian Matteo Manassero in 2011 as well as former Open champion Louis Oosthuizen the following year.
