The 2012 Kraft Nabisco Championship was played at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California, from March 29 through April 1. It was the 41st edition of the Kraft Nabisco Championship and its 30th year as a women's major. On the 72nd hole, I.K. Kim had a putt to seal her first major title. The putt lipped out, forcing a playoff with Sun-Young Yoo, who also shot 69 in the final round. Yoo won the sudden-death playoff with a birdie on the first extra hole. Yani Tseng, the 2010 champion, missed the playoff by a stroke; defending champion Stacy Lewis finished two strokes back, in a tie for fourth. The 2006 Kraft Nabisco Championship was a women's professional golf tournament, held March 30 to April 2 at Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California. It was the 35th edition of the Kraft Nabisco Championship, and the 24th as a major championship. The purse was $1.8 million, with a winner's share of $270,000. In a sudden-death playoff, 2000 champion Karrie Webb defeated Lorena Ochoa with a birdie on the first extra hole, the par-5 Webb had earlier holed out for an eagle on the same hole to card a 65 (−7) in the final round to force the playoff. Ochoa recorded a 62 (−10) in the first round, but was one over-par for the final 54 holes; she also eagled the 72nd hole. Nicole Castrale (pronounced "cass-TRAHL-ee", née Dalkas, born March 24, 1979) is an American professional golfer on the LPGA Tour. Castrale was born in Glendale, California, and started playing golf at the age of 10. She graduated from Palm Desert High School in 1997 and played college golf for the USC Trojans in Los Angeles and earned her bachelor's degree in 2001. Grace Park (golfer)
Grace Park (born 6 March 1979) is a retired South Korean professional golfer on the LPGA Tour. She was a member of the LPGA Tour from 2000 until her retirement in 2012 and won six LPGA Tour events, including one major championship, during her career. Amateur career Park was born Park Ji-eun (Korean: 박지은) in Seoul, South Korea. She moved to Hawaii at the age of 12, and then to Arizona.
