Lindsey Wright
Lindsey Elizabeth Wright (born 31 December 1979) is an Australian professional golfer playing on the LPGA Tour. She earned exempt status for the 2004 LPGA season in 2003, and has been competing full-time on the Tour since. Personal life Wright was born in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, England and currently holds residence in both McKinney, Texas and Albury, Australia. Lindsay who is also a qualified registered nurse has been working as a full time nurse after the prime of her career since 2018. Amateur career Wright took up golf at the age of nine. She was an Australian Institute of Sport golf scholarship holder from 1998 to 1999. She finished second at the 2001 NCAA Championship while at Pepperdine University. She was a semifinalist at the 2002 U.S. Women's Amateur, finished second at the 2002 World Cup in Malaysia and was a finalist at the 2002 British Ladies Amateur. The Women's Open (originally known as the Women's British Open, and still widely referred to by that name outside the UK) is a women's major golf championships, major championship in Professional golf tours#Women's tours, women's professional golf. Longs Drugs Challenge
The CVS/pharmacy LPGA Challenges was a 72-hole golf tournament for professional female golfers that was part of the LPGA Tour from 1996 through 2010. It was played at various sites in Northern California and was managed by the Bruno Event Team. In 2006 the tournament moved to its last location at the Blackhawk Country Club in Danville. In 1996 the tournament was known as the Twelve Bridges LPGA Classic. Jimin Kang
Kang Ji-min ( ko, 강지민, born 28 January 1980) is a South Korean professional golfer who plays primarily on the LPGA Tour. Kang had a distinguished amateur career including finishing runner-up in 1999 U.S. Women's Amateur. She attended Arizona State University. She turned professional in 2002. Kang played on the Futures Tour from 2002 to 2004, winning three times. In 2004, she won the Player of the Year honors and the money list title to earn her LPGA Tour card for 2005. Wegmans LPGA was women's professional golf tournament on the LPGA Tour. It was played from 1977 to 2009 at the Locust Hill Country Club in Pittsford, New York. History The tournament was originally known as the Bankers Trust Classic, a 54-hole event. From 1979 to 1981, Sarah Coventry took over sponsorship of the tournament, changed its title and extended it to 72 holes.
