The 2010 Montreal Alouettes season was the 44th season for the team in the Canadian Football League and their 56th overall. The Alouettes won their seventh Grey Cup championship, 21–18 against the Saskatchewan Roughriders, becoming the first team to repeat as Grey Cup champions since the 1997 Toronto Argonauts. Ryan Bomben
Ryan Bomben (born May 16, 1987) is a professional Canadian football offensive guard who is currently a free agent. He most recently played for the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He is a four-time East Division All-Star and has also played for the Montreal Alouettes and Hamilton Tiger-Cats. Bomben played CIS football for the Guelph Gryphons. In 2011 and 2012 with the Alouettes, he dressed in all 36 games as a back-up offensive lineman. Commonwealth Stadium is an open-air, multipurpose stadium located in the McCauley neighbourhood of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It has a seating capacity of 56,302, making it the largest open-air stadium in Canada. Primarily used for Canadian football, it also hosts athletics, soccer, rugby union and concerts. Mosaic Stadium At Taylor Field
Taylor Field, known in its latter years as Mosaic Stadium at Taylor Field for sponsorship reasons, was an open-air stadium located in Regina, Saskatchewan. It was the home field of the Canadian Football League's Saskatchewan Roughriders from 1936 until 2016, although a playing field existed at the site as early as 1910 and the team began playing there as early as 1921. Originally designed primarily to house baseball (with football being a secondary consideration) the stadium was converted to a football-only facility in 1966. 2010 Saskatchewan Roughriders Season
The 2010 Saskatchewan Roughriders season was the 53rd season for the team in the Canadian Football League. The Roughriders attempted to win their 4th Grey Cup championship, but they lost to the Montreal Alouettes. The Roughriders celebrated their 100th Anniversary this year, which included wearing retro black, silver and red uniforms, having a documentary made of the franchise and having the Canadian Mint release a specialized Roughrider loonie. Canad Inns Stadium (also known as Winnipeg Stadium) was a multipurpose stadium in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are a professional Canadian football team based in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
