2010 Knoxville Challenger
The 2010 Knoxville Challenger was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the seventh edition of the tournament which was part of the 2010 ATP Challenger Tour. Hardcourt
A hardcourt (or hard court) is a surface or floor on which a sport is played, most usually in reference to tennis courts. It is typically made of rigid materials such as asphalt or concrete, and covered with acrylic resins to seal the surface and mark the playing lines, while providing some cushioning. Historically, hardwood surfaces were also in use in indoor settings, similar to an indoor basketball court, but these surfaces are rare now. Tennis Tennis hard courts are made of synthetic/acrylic layers on top of a concrete or asphalt foundation and can vary in color. These courts tend to play medium-fast to fast because there is little energy absorption by the court, as with grass courts but unlike clay courts. Carsten Ball
Carsten Thomas Ball (born 20 June 1987) is an American-Australian retired professional tennis player. Although born and based in the United States, Carsten has represented Australia on tour. Tennis career Carsten Ball was born in Newport Beach, California. His father, Syd Ball, was also a tour tennis player. As a junior tennis player he reached a career high of number 9 in the world. He continues to be based in Newport Beach, with his father as his coach. Ball has five Futures titles to his credit. Alex Kuznetsov (born February 5, 1987) is a retired American professional tennis player. He is a former hitting partner of Maria Sharapova Personal life Kuznetsov was born in Ukraine.
