The first-ever final four in the history of EuroCup Basketball, officially called the EuroCup Finals, was held at Fernando Buesa Arena, in Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain. Euroleague Basketball Company did not initially commit to a third-place game, but ultimately decided to schedule that match up. Matthew Nielsen
Matthew Peter Nielsen (born 3 February 1978) is an Australian professional basketball coach and former player who currently serves as an assistant coach for the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He served as an assistant coach for the Perth Wildcats of the National Basketball League (NBL) from 2015 to 2019. Early life and career Nielsen was born in the Sydney suburb of Penrith. He played as a junior for Newcastle Basketball Association and attended St Marys Senior High School. In 1995, Nielsen played for the Sydney Sky in the SEABL and made his NBL debut with the Sydney Kings as a development player. Jānis Blūms
Jānis Blūms (born 20 April 1982) is a former Latvian professional basketball player. Standing at , Blūms played both point guard and shooting guard positions. He also served as the captain of the Latvian national basketball team. Player career Blūms started his career with Brocēni and later continued to play in their successor Skonto. In 2003, he signed with Polish club Anwil Włocławek, where he spent one season before returning to Latvia, where he joined BK Ventspils. Christopher Levour Warren (born January 19, 1981) is a Panamanian-American former professional basketball player. He is a 1.96 m (6 ft 5 in) tall shooting guard. College career As a junior, Warren averaged 4.1 points per game off the bench for a University of South Carolina team that was the National Invitation Tournament runner up in the 2001–02 season. He increased his numbers the following year reaching 9.6 points per game. His game was not spectacular, but he earned the reputation of a solid defensive player who could also run the floor well and had a good first step. Steffen Ewald Hamann (born 14 June 1981) is a former German professional basketball player. He played at the point guard position. Hamann was also a member of the German national basketball team. Professional career Hamann started his professional career in 1998 at Brose Baskets's development team TSV Tröster Breitengüßbach. Adam Chubb
Adam Edward Chubb (born July 5, 1981) is a former American basketball player. Chubb was born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a dual athlete: Basketball and Track and Field high jump. Chubb held the University of Pennsylvania High Jump record at 7-2.5 (2.2m) from 2001 until it was broken by Maalik Reynolds (7-5.75) in 2011.
