KM Ostrów Wielkopolski
Klub Motorowy Ostrów Wielkopolski (''Motor Club Ostrów Wielkopolski'') was a Polish motorcycle speedway team based in Ostrów Wielkopolski who currently race in First League (2nd division). The club never won Team Polish Champion title. They folded in 2009 and the town's speedway tradition are now continued by ŻKS Ostrovia Ostrów Wielkopolski. Stadium The Municipal Stadium in Ostrów Wielkopolski is located on ''ulica Piłsudskiego (Piłsudski street)''. It contains 12,000 seats. The track is 372 metres long and has a granite surface. Lublin
Lublin is the ninth-largest city in Poland and the second-largest city of historical Lesser Poland. It is the capital and the center of Lublin Voivodeship with a population of 336,339 (December 2021). Kolejarz Opole (Railwayman Opole) is a motorcycle speedway team based in Opole, Poland. They currently race in the Polish Speedway Second League (2. Liga). History The club race at the Municipal Speedway Stadium or Mariana Spychała Stadium named after a former rider and coach Mariana Spychała. The speedway track was constructed in 1957. On 5 April 1957 the speedway club was officially founded as Klub Sportowy Kolejarz Opole and made its debut in the Polish leagues in 1961. The club's first honour was winning the Polish Speedway First League in 1969 and they went on to win the league three more times in 1974, 1980, 1987. After their 1969 victory they competed in the highest league and won the bronze medal in 1970. Kolejarz Rawicz (Railwayman Rawicz) is a motorcycle speedway team based in Rawicz, Poland. They currently race in the Polish Speedway Second League (2. Liga). History The club competed in the inaugural 1948 Polish speedway season, under the name of Motoklub Rawicz. The club's first team honour was winning the bronze medal in the Team Speedway Polish Championship in 1954 and the following season they went one better after winning the silver medal in 1955. Their leading rider Florian Kapała won the Polish Individual Speedway Championship in 1953 and 1956. The club was disbanded after the 1959 season and was not reformed until 1996. The club later won the Polish Speedway Second League three times in 2000, 2007 and 2012.
