''2'' is the second album from Belgian drum and bass producer Netsky. It was released on 25 June 2012 through Hospital Records on multiple formats, including digital download, CD and vinyl. The album includes the singles "Give & Take", " Come Alive", " Love Has Gone", and the deluxe edition of the album includes the single " We Can Only Live Today (Puppy)". It became Netsky's first number one album topping the Belgian Albums Chart. Netsky (musician)
Boris Daenen (; born 22 March 1989), better known by his stage name Netsky ( ), is a Belgian drum and bass producer and musician. The name Netsky is based on the computer virus of the same name. History Netsky is an electronic music producer, artist and DJ from Belgium. He started out producing music of the liquid funk style – drum and bass music with many instrumental layers and frequent vocals. High Contrast's 'Gold Digger' remix was a major influence on him. In late 2009, Netsky signed a recording contract with Hospital Records, the same label as other well known liquid artists such as High Contrast and London Elektricity. He also won a nomination as "Best Upcoming Producer" within just months of his first release at the 2010 Drum & Bass Arena Awards. The compact disc (CD) is a Digital media, digital optical disc data storage format that was co-developed by Philips and Sony to store and play digital audio recordings. Ancienne Belgique ( French for "Old Belgium") is a concert hall for contemporary music in Brussels, Belgium. Located in the historic heart of Brussels, it is one of the leading concert venues in Belgium, hosting a wide variety of international and local acts. The venue The venue consists of three concert halls: the "Main Hall", the "ABBox", and the "ABClub". The Main Hall is, logically, the Ancienne Belgique's main hall, and has a capacity of 2,000 people. It is said to be one of the best concert halls in Belgium, with perfect acoustics. The ABBox is the newest addition to the Ancienne Belgique. Pukkelpop is an annual music festival that takes place near the city of Hasselt, Belgium, in mid- to late August. It is held within a large enclosure of fields and woodland—adjacent to a dual carriageway called ''Kempische Steenweg''—in the village of Kiewit, approximately 7 km north of Hasselt. Shameboy is the one-man project of Luuk Cox (born 3 August 1972 in Kerkrade, Limburg), a Belgian, Dutch-born multi-instrumentalist music producer, musician and songwriter. His writing and production credits include Stromae, Loic Nottet, Racoon, Emma Bale, Arsenal, Cattle & Cane, Innerspace Orchestra, Girls in Hawaii, Molly, Maaike Ouboter, Eva De Roovere, Tim Vanhamel, Mickey, Roscoe, Ostyn, Team William, Marco Z and Compact Disk Dummies amongst many others. He originally gained prominence in jungle/ drum and bass, working with Roni Size & Reprazent, but has also released hip hop material.
