The 2024 Kuurne–Brussels–Kuurne was the 76th edition of the Kuurne–Brussels–Kuurne cycling Classic cycle races, classic. Jasper Stuyven (born 17 April 1992) is a Belgian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Career Juniors Born in Leuven, Stuyven had a successful career as a junior rider. In 2009, at age 17, he won the UCI Junior World Road Race Championships. 2010 brought Stuyven more successes when he won one day races Paris-Roubaix Juniors and Remouchamps–Ferrières–Remouchamps. Luke Lamperti (born December 31, 2002) is an American road cyclist who currently rides for UCI Continental team . On June 18, 2021, at the age of 18, Lamperti avoided several crashes in the final lap to take a surprise victory at the United States National Criterium Championships in Knoxville, Tennessee. In doing so, he became the youngest ever winner of the title. He competed in the under-23 road race at the 2021 UCI Road World Championships, where he originally finished 10th, but was disqualified afterwards by the UCI jury due to allegedly causing a Belgian rider to crash earlier in the race. Christophe Laporte (born 11 December 1992 in La Seyne-sur-Mer) is a French cyclist who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam . Laporte was a member of from 2014 to 2021. He was named in the Team Cofidis start list for the Tour de France for seven consecutive years between 2015 and 2021, completing all but one of them. In 2022 he joined Jumbo-Visma, among the most powerful teams in cycling, and in his first major stage race with the team led the podium sweep with Primož Roglič and Wout Van Aert on stage 1 of Paris–Nice. In the 2022 Tour de France, he was a key teammate of leader Jonas Vingegaard, was instrumental in helping the team win three different jerseys, and also won stage 19 at Cahors. This was a rare win in that he attacked after the sprint trains were already operating at top speed, and actually held off the remaining elite sprinters long enough to win the stage. The 2024 UCI ProSeries is the fifth season of the UCI ProSeries, the second tier road cycling tour, below the UCI World Tour, but above the various regional UCI Continental Circuits.
