2024 ARCA Menards Series
The 2024 ARCA Menards Series is the 72nd season of the ARCA Menards Series, a stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR in the United States. The season began at Daytona International Speedway with the Hard Rock Bet 200 on February 16 and will end with the Shore Lunch 200 at Toledo Speedway on October 5. Jesse Love, the 2023 series champion, did not return to run full-time in the ARCA Menards Series in 2023 and defend his title as he joined Richard Childress Racing to run full-time for them in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2024. Lavar Scott (born September 6, 2003) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes full-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 6 Chevrolet SS for Rev Racing. He is also a current member of NASCAR’s Drive for Diversity program. Racing career Early career Scott started racing at age five in quarter midget racing cars at Airport Speedway in New Castle, Delaware (near his hometown of Carneys Point Township) alongside his older brother. After that, he would start competing in dirt racing events. At Penns Grove High School, he competed in wrestling. Amber Balcaen (born March 7, 1992) is a Canadian professional stock car racing driver. She competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 15 Toyota Camry for Venturini Motorsports. She is most known for being the first Canadian woman to win in a NASCAR-sanctioned race in the United States. Kristofer Cole Wright (born July 17, 1994) is an American professional racing driver. He last competed part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 68 Chevrolet Camaro for Brandonbilt Motorsports. The website was founded by Jay "Jayski" Adamczyk in 1996 after he had difficulty finding news regarding the Melling Racing team, and subsequently worked to get all NASCAR news grouped together on the site. Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) is an American professional stock car racing organization owned and operated by former Washington Redskins (today the Washington Commanders) coach Joe Gibbs, which first started racing on the NASCAR circuit in 1991.
