2023–24 Didi 10 Season
The 2023–24 Didi 10 is the 34th season of the top flight of Georgian domestic rugby union competition. RC Aia Kutaisi were champions after beating Lelo Saracens in the final. Teams The competition featured 10 teams, the reigning champions entering the season were RC Rustavi Kharebi, who claimed their 1st league title after winning the 2023 final. Artsivebi Eagles was promoted from the 2022–23 Georgian First League, replacing RC Locomotive Tbilisi. Bolnisi ( ka, ბოლნისი, az, Qəmərli), is a city in the country of Georgia, located in the Kvemo Kartli region and capital of the Bolnisi district. It currently has an estimated 13,800 inhabitants. History Bolnisi was settled by 95 German colonist families from Swabia in 1818, whilst part of the Georgia Governorate of the Russian Empire. Victor Didebulidze (born 4 November 1971 in Tbilisi) is a former Georgian rugby union player. He played as a lock. Career Didebulidze first played rugby in Georgia, moving to Tarbes Pyrénées Rugby, in France, for the 1999–2000 season. He later played for Nîmes, Cannes, and Massy. He had 45 caps for Georgia, from 1991 to 2007, scoring 4 tries, 20 points in aggregate. Batumi Stadium
The Adjarabet Arena ( ka, ბათუმის სტადიონი, ''batumis st’adioni'') known as Batumi Stadium for sponsorship reasons, is a football stadium in Batumi, Georgia, which was completed in July 2020. The main tenant of the stadium is FC Dinamo Batumi, who moved from their home at the Dinamo Batumi Angisa football base when it was completed. The capacity of the Stadium is 20,000. History Construction began in January 2018 and was completed in July 2020.
