2023 LKL Playoffs
The 2023 LKL Playoffs known as the 2023 Betsafe-LKL Playoffs for sponsorship purposes was LKL playoffs' 28th edition. Top eight finishers in the regular season will compete for the championship spot. Playoffs will began on 12 May 2023 and ended on 10 June 2023 after Žalgiris won final series against defending champion Rytas. Žalgiris won the 24th Betsafe–LKL championship title. The quarterfinals will be played in a best-of-three format with higher seeded team playing the first and third (if necessary) game at home. Semifinals, third place game and final will be played in a best-of-five format, with the higher seed team playing games 1, 3 and 5 (if necessary) at home. 2022–23 LKL Season
The 2022–23 Lietuvos krepšinio lyga, also called Betsafe-LKL for sponsorship reasons, was the 30th season of the top-tier level professional basketball league of Lithuania, the Lietuvos krepšinio lyga (LKL). Rytas were defending champions, however, they finished as a runners-up, losing finals series to eventual champions Žalgiris. Deshawn Freeman
Deshawn Freeman (born January 1, 1994) is an American professional basketball player for Fortitudo Bologna of the Italian Serie A2. He played three seasons of college basketball for Rutgers seasons before turning professionally in 2018. Career After three seasons with Rutgers, Freeman signed with the Worcester Wolves on October 11, 2018. He was the leading scorer for the Wolves in the British Basketball League (BBL), averaging 17.9 points per game along with 9.7 rebounds in 19 games. Kristian Kullamäe (born 25 May 1999) is an Estonian professional basketball player for Lietkabelis Panevėžys of the Lithuanian Basketball League (LKL). Kėdainiai () is one of the oldest cities in Lithuania. It is located north of Kaunas on the banks of the Nevėžis River.
