The 2023 European Road Cycling Championships was the 29th running of the European Road Cycling Championships, that took place from 20 to 24 September 2023 in the province of Drenthe, Netherlands. Christina Schweinberger (born 29 October 1996) is an Austrian professional racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI Women's Continental Team Planur-Pura. The Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta was the first international race where she gained over 10 UCI points. The following year she won her first international medal in Beerens. Antonia Niedermaier
Antonia Niedermaier (born 20 February 2003) is a German cyclist and ski mountaineer. She rides for UCI Women's World Tour team . Niedermaier won a stage of the 2023 Giro Donne, and competed at the 2020 Winter Youth Olympics. Early life Niedermaier was born in Rosenheim, Bavaria, Germany. She later lived in Bad Aibling and Bruckmühl. At the age of 15, she started mountain running, but gave up the sport in 2019 due to injury. Ski mountaineering career Niedermaier started ski mountaineering in 2019. That year, she finished third at the Junior World Championships, her first major event. Anna Shackley (born 17 May 2001) is a British road and track cyclist from Scotland, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam .
