Anna Shackley
Anna Shackley (born 17 May 2001) is a British road and track cyclist from Scotland, who currently rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam . At the 2020 British National Track Championships, Shackley won the national titles in the points race and the team pursuit events. Shackley was chosen to be part of the UK's cycling squad at the postponed 2020 Tokyo Olympics where she would contest the time trial and the road race. She competed at the 2022 Commonwealth Games where she finished 10th in the women's road time trial event and 21st in the women's road race. In 2023 Shackley competed in the inaugural Tour de l'Avenir Femmes, where she placed 2nd in the overall General Classification. 2021 Amstel Gold Race (women's Race)
The seventh edition of the Amstel Gold Race for Women was a road cycling one-day race held on 18 April 2021 in the Netherlands. It was the sixth event of the 2021 UCI Women's World Tour. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the race was held on a 17 km circuit including the Geulhemmerberg, the Bemelerberg and the Cauberg, and the area was closed to spectators. Challenge By La Vuelta
The Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta (La Madrid Challenge by La Vuelta before 2020) is an elite women's professional bicycle race held in Spain, and has been part of the UCI Women's WorldTour since 2016. Similar to La Course by Le Tour de France, the race has traditionally coincided with the final day of the Vuelta a España. The race was first held as a one-day road race in the centre of Madrid from 2015. From 2018 onwards, a time trial was held as a first stage, albeit within the Madrid region. In 2020, a third day of racing was added and the race was renamed as the Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta - after sponsor Ceratizit, and as stages were held outside the borders of the Autonomous Community of Madrid. Rás na mBan is an international stage cycle road race for women in Ireland. It was first run in 2006 and has run annually since. The event began as a two-day race based in Dublin and became a three-day event in 2008 when it moved to a new base in Sneem, County Kerry. A further two days were added in 2011 when it became a five-day race with six stages. The race was based in County Clare from 2013 to 2015. The race then moved to Kilkenny in 2016.
