2023 Copa Perú
The 2023 Peru Cup season ( es, Copa Perú 2023), the largest amateur tournament of Peruvian football. The District Stage ( es, Ligas Distritales) started in 12 February, and the National Stage ( es, Etapa Nacional) started in November. The winner, runner-up and the semifinalists of the National Stage were promoted to the Liga 2. On 23 August 2022, it was announced that starting from 2023, the Copa Perú would only give promotion to Liga 2 due to the reforms of Peruvian football by the FPF, meaning that the 2022 Copa Perú edition was the last that awarded its winning team promotion to the Peruvian top flight. Copa Perú
The Copa Perú is a football tournament in Peru. Despite its name, it is not entirely an elimination-cup competition involving all Peruvian clubs, but rather a series of league tournaments leading to an elimination tournament, with regional league clubs as participants. It guarantees its winner promotion to the professional Liga 2. History In 1966, the First Division was named '' Descentralizado''; teams from outside the capital of Lima were allowed to participate in the professional first division. The following year, the Copa Perú began, in which all non-professional teams in Peru were allowed to compete, with the winner to gain promotion to the First Division. After playing many elimination rounds, once six teams were left in the competition, they played in a final round-robin tournament in Lima. Huaraz
Huaraz () (from Quechuan languages, Quechua: ''Waraq'' or ''Waras'', "''dawn''"), founded as San Sebastián de Huaraz, is a city in Peru. Cajamarca Region

Ayacucho Region
Ayacucho () is a department and region of Peru, located in the south-central Andes of the country. Its capital is the city of Ayacucho. The region was one of the hardest hit in the 1980s during the guerrilla war waged by Shining Path known as the internal conflict in Peru. A referendum was held on 30 October 2005, in order to decide whether the department would merge with the departments of Ica and Huancavelica to form the new Ica-Ayacucho-Huancavelica Region, as part of the decentralization process in Peru. Arequipa Province
Arequipa is a province in the Arequipa Region, Peru. Its capital, Arequipa, is Peru's second most populous province of Peru. It borders the provinces of Islay, Camaná, Caylloma, and the Cusco and Puno regions. According to INEI in the year 2014 it has a population of 958.351 people. Foot Ball Club Aurora is a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Arequipa, Peru. The club were founded 1916 and play in the Copa Perú which is the third division of the Peruvian league. Mollendo
Mollendo is a town bordering the Pacific Ocean in southern Peru. It is located in the Arequipa Region and is the capital of both the Islay Province and the Mollendo District. Mollendo was the main port in the Peruvian southern coast until Matarani was developed about 50 years ago; the port of Mollendo only serves fishermen for the local economy currently and all the commercial shipping is done through Matarani 12 kilometers north; the old port is in ruins. From about 1830 to 1880 it was important in the Guano trade. The railroad used to run a passenger train daily, but a good highway connects Mollendo to the Panamerican Highway now and the train now only runs the summer express that goes down from Arequipa on Saturday and returns on Sunday; the beach is the main attraction, even though it is visited by the Humboldt Current that brings cold water from Antarctica. Nacional FBC (sometimes referred as Nacional) is a Peruvian football club, playing in the city of Mollendo, Islay, Arequipa, Peru. History The Club Deportivo Mariscal Miller was founded on April 18, 1923. Despite being a historic club, they have only won the 1946, 2019 and 2022 Liga Distrital de Mollendo. Arequipa Region
