2023 British Cycling National Track Championships
The 2023 British Cycling National Track Championships were a series of track cycling competitions. The National Track Championships (excluding certain events) were held from 26 to 29 January 2023 at the Geraint Thomas National Velodrome in Newport, Wales. They are organised and sanctioned by British Cycling, and are open to British cyclists. Emma Finucane was the star of the Championships after winning four gold medals across the disciplines. The Derny, Omnium, Madison, Tandem and Elimination events take place at various other dates throughout the year. Hayden Norris
Hayden Norris (born 21 August 2002) is an English cyclist. He has represented England at the Commonwealth Games. He retired for a short time in May of 2023 citing saddle sore issues, however, later confirmed he would continue cycling after achieving a power of 2181 watts. Biography Norris has been riding since the age of 13 and won the 2021 European Under-23 Championships gold medal in the sprint.
