2022 Himachal Football League
The 2022 Himachal Football League was the 2nd season of the Himachal Football League, the top-tier league in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, organised by Himachal Pradesh Football Association (HPFA). The 2022 season kicked off on 30 April with 9 teams competing for the title. Unlike the previous season, the league's duration has increased to one month. The format has also been changed to the league format wherein 9 teams are set to play each other twice. Teams The following 9 teams participated in the league. 2021–22 FD Senior Division
The 2021–22 FD Senior Division was the top-tier football season of Delhi Football League. The season started on October 9, 2021, and commenced on January 7, 2022. Previously, a short format tournament was held for the I-League Qualifiers. Format 18 teams are divided in two groups, comprising 10 teams in group A and 8 teams in group B. Group stage matches will be played in robin round basis. Five teams from each group will qualify for the inaugural Delhi Premier League. Premier League will be played in round robin format. 10 teams will play each other once and league leader will be adjudged the winner. Bottom teams could be relegated to lower division. 2022–23 I-League 2
2022–23 Hero I-League 2 was the 15th season of the I-League 2 since its establishment in 2008. This was the first season of I-League 2 since rebranding as the third tier of Indian football league system. The league's group stage has been played from March to May 2023, parallel to the remaining part of both I-League and Indian Super League seasons. The top two teams on the league table, Delhi FC and Shillong Lajong, secured a place in the 2023–24 I-League season. On 27 September 2022, the league committee meeting presided by Lalnghinglova Hmar was held. Nadaun, Himachal Pradesh
Nadaun is a historical town and a nagar panchayat in the Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh, India. Previously a part of the princely state of Kangra, Nadaun is presently an independent small town located on NH 3 and NH 303 in the Sivalik range foothills. It is situated on the banks of the Beas. Kangra District
Kangra is the most populous district of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Dharamshala is the administrative headquarters of the district. History Kangra is known for having the oldest serving Royal Dynasty in the world, the Katoch. In 1758, Raja Ghamand Chand was appointed ''nazim'' or governor of Jullundur Doab under the Afghans. Ghamand Chand was a brave and strong ruler who restored the prestige of Kangra. As he was unable to capture Kangra fort, he built another fort at Tira Sujanpur on the left bank of the Beas, almost opposite to Alampur on a hill overlooking the town. Kinnaur District
Kinnaur is one of the twelve administrative districts of the state of Himachal Pradesh in northern India. Techtro Swades United Football Club is an Indian professional football club based in Una, Himachal Pradesh. The club competes in the Himachal Football League. The club was established on 29 August 2020, and began their first competitive season in the HFL. Una District
Una is a district in the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh. Una shares its border with the Hoshiarpur and Rupnagar districts of Punjab and Kangra, Hamirpur and Bilaspur district of Himachal Pradesh.
