2022 ARCA Menards Series
The 2022 ARCA Menards Series is the 70th season of the ARCA Menards Series, a stock car racing series sanctioned by NASCAR in the United States. The season began at Daytona International Speedway with the Lucas Oil 200 (ARCA), Lucas Oil 200 on February 19 and will end with the ARCA races at Toledo, Shore Lunch 200 at Toledo Speedway on October 8. Ty Gibbs, the 2021 series champion, is running full-time for Joe Gibbs Racing in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2022 and therefore did not return to run full-time in the ARCA Menards Series and defend his title. Rajah Caruth
Rajah Kirby Caruth (born June 11, 2002) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes full-time in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, driving the No. 24 Chevrolet Silverado for GMS Racing. Caruth is one of the five African-American drivers who are currently competing in NASCAR, alongside Bubba Wallace, Jesse Iwuji, Blake Lothian, and Armani Williams. Sammy Smith
Samuel Smith (born June 4, 2004) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes full-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 18 Toyota Supra for Joe Gibbs Racing. He also competes in the CARS Tour late model racing series, where he has driven for car owners Barry Nelson, Marcus Richmond, and Donnie Wilson as well as Kyle Busch Motorsports. Mark McFarland
Mark M. McFarland (born February 1, 1978) is a former NASCAR driver who works for Kyle Busch Motorsports as the crew chief for their No. 18 car in the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East. In 2021, he won championships in both series with Ty Gibbs and Sammy Smith, respectively. In 2022, he and Smith won their second consecutive East Series championship. Andrew J. Dollar (born December 2, 2000) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, driving the No. 18 Toyota Supra for Joe Gibbs Racing and part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 18 Toyota Camry for Kyle Busch Motorsports. He has raced in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, ARCA Menards Series East and the ARCA Menards Series West. Kyle Busch Motorsports (KBM) is an American professional stock car racing team that currently competes in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. Josh White (racing Driver)
Joshua White (born May 7, 1991) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East, driving the No. 03 Ford for Clubb Racing Inc. He has also competed in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series in the past. White is a former lance corporal in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and is believed to be the second U.S. Marine to compete in a NASCAR national series event. Alex Clubb (born October 23, 1991) is an American professional stock car racing driver who competes full-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 03 for his family-owned team, Clubb Racing Inc. Racing career ARCA Menards Series Clubb would get his start with Carter 2 Motorsports in 2015, retiring and finishing 26th due to valve issues. Brayton Laster (born August 28, 2002), nicknamed The Pizza Man, is an American professional stock car racing driver. He competes part-time in the ARCA Menards Series, driving the No. 91 Toyota Camry for TC Motorsports. Racing career Early racing career Laster would start racing go-karts at the age of eight at the Indianapolis Speedrome. Four years later, he would move on to racing Ford Thunderbirds and other various types of stock cars.
