2021–22 Marsh One-Day Cup
The 2021–22 Marsh One-Day Cup was the 53rd season of the official List A domestic cricket competition played in Australia. New South Wales were the defending champions. On 21 July 2021, Cricket Australia confirmed the schedule of the tournament, with the final scheduled to be played on 27 February 2022. On 8 September 2021, Cricket Australia announced that the aforementioned schedule had been scrapped due to ongoing lockdowns in Sydney and Melbourne and subsequent border closures. The fixtures for the first two matches were announced, with the full revised schedule released at a later date. On 1 October 2021, Cricket Australia confirmed the schedule of two further fixtures, and the postponement of the match between Queensland and Tasmania that was set to occur on 3 October 2021. Joshua Ryan Philippe (born 1 June 1997) is an Australian cricketer who plays as a wicket-keeper batsman. He made his international debut for the Australia cricket team in February 2021. Sam Heazlett
Samuel Daly Heazlett (born 12 September 1995) is an Australian cricketer who plays for Queensland in Australian domestic cricket and the Brisbane Heat in the Big Bash League. He made his state-level debut for Queensland in November 2015, and despite his inexperienced was fast-tracked into the Australian national cricket team for a One Day International (ODI) debut in January 2017. Gurinder Singh Sandhu (born 14 June 1993) is an Australian international cricketer who plays for Queensland domestically. Of Indian descent, he is a tall fast bowler. Duckworth–Lewis–Stern Method
The Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method (DLS) is a mathematical formulation designed to calculate the target score (number of runs needed to win) for the team batting second in a limited overs cricket match interrupted by weather or other circumstances. The method was devised by two English statisticians, Frank Duckworth and Tony Lewis (mathematician), Tony Lewis (not to be confused with former cricketer Tony Lewis), and was formerly known as the Duckworth–Lewis method (D/L). It was introduced in 1997, and adopted officially by the ICC in 1999. Jason Paul Behrendorff (born 20 April 1990) is an Australian cricketer, currently listed with Western Australia and the Perth Scorchers in Australian domestic cricket. Although born in New South Wales, Behrendorff grew up in Canberra and played representative cricket for the Australian Capital Territory at both junior and senior levels.
