The 2021–22 LEN Euro Cup was the 30th edition of the second-tier European tournament for men's water polo clubs. Teams Schedule The schedule of the competition is as follows. ASC Duisburg
ASC Duisburg (Amateur-Schwimm-Club Duisburg), or simply Duisburg is a sports club based in the city of Duisburg, in Germany. The water polo team is among the strongest in Germany and also, ASC has a large swimming department. The "amateurs" were a total of six German water polo champions and four German water polo Cup winners. History ASC Duisburg was founded in 1909. Currently the club has approximately 3,700 members, making it one of the largest swimming clubs in Germany. The club facility in Duisburg Sports Park is about two acres. In addition, the club has a heated 50-meter swimming pool. Members can also take advantage of the Barbarasee for swimming. VK Solaris
Vaterpolski klub Solaris ( en, Solaris Water Polo Club), commonly referred to as VK Solaris or simply Solaris, is a men's professional water polo club based in Šibenik, Croatia. As of 2022–22 season, it competes in the Croatian First League and Regional League A1. History The club was founded in the summer 2015 by merging former clubs VK Šibenik and VK Adriatic for the need to become a strong water polo club in Šibenik. After some problems, the merge finally came in August 2015, and the newly formed VK Solaris takes over Adriatic's place and organization, and relies on the Šibenik's tradition. In May 2019, the club came fifth in the Croatian First League championship, defeating POŠK by a scoreline of 20–14 on aggregate (14–5, 6–9). AEK (men's Water Polo)
AEK Men's Water Polo Club is the men's water polo department of the major Greek multi-sport club, AEK Sports Club, based in Athens, Greece. The club's home ground is in Athens. It was founded in 1962 and after its dissolution in the '70s, it was re-established in 2017. History The water polo department of AEK was first founded in 1962 and maintained until the early 1970s. During its first season, they won two Third Division Championships. In 1963, AEK was fourth in the Third Division Championship, in the same position in 1964, third in 1965 and champion in 1966, to compete for the following year 1967 in the Second Division where they finished sixth and relegated. Champion again in 1968 in the Third Division, they did not play in the 1969 championship of the A2 Greek Water Polo League and so, somewhere there, the thread of that team is lost.
