2021–22 Gonzaga Bulldogs Women's Basketball Team
The 2021–22 Gonzaga Bulldogs women's basketball team represents Gonzaga University in the 2021–22 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Bulldogs (also informally referred to as the "Zags"), are members of the West Coast Conference. The Bulldogs, led by eighth year head coach Lisa Fortier, play their home games at the McCarthey Athletic Center on the university campus in Spokane, Washington. Lisa Fortier
Lisa Mispley Fortier (born April 5, 1981) is an American basketball coach, currently the head coach of the women's basketball team at Gonzaga University. Early life and education Fortier, born Lisa Mispley, is the oldest of three children to Bill and Tami Mispley. Fortier played basketball at Placer High School before playing at both Butte College, Butte Community College and California State University, Monterey Bay. At Cal State, she earned honorable mention All California Collegiate Athletic Association, Cal-Pac Conference honors as a junior and was named to the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, NAIA Academic All-America list in 2003. She graduated Latin honors, Magna Cum Laude from Cal State, Monterey Bay, in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts, B.A. in human communication. Windward School
Windward School is an independent school in the Mar Vista neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. It was founded by writer/teacher Shirley Windward in 1971. The school currently enrolls 625 students in grades 7 through 12. History In 1971, two former Paul Revere Middle School teachers, Carl Parsons and Shirley Windward (for whom the school is named), founded the school in order to open up their classes to young people on the West side of Los Angeles. Vanderbilt Commodores Women's Basketball
The Vanderbilt Commodores women's basketball team represents Vanderbilt University in the Eastern Division of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). The Commodores have never won the regular season SEC championship, although they have won six SEC tournament titles (1993, 1995, 2002, 2004, 2007 and 2009); the SEC has awarded its official championship based solely on regular-season record since the 1985–86 season.
