The 2021–22 Eredivisie Vrouwen is the twelfth season of the Netherlands women's professional football league. Twente will start the season as defending champions. The season will see Feyenoord entering the league, meaning the league will be expanded to include nine teams. Format Each team will play all of the other teams three times. 2021–22 Eredivisie
The 2021–22 Eredivisie was the 66th season of Eredivisie, the premier football competition in the Netherlands. It began on 14 August 2021 and concluded on 15 May 2022. Teams SC Cambuur (promoted after a five-year absence), Go Ahead Eagles and NEC Nijmegen (both promoted after a four-year absence) were promoted from the 2020–21 Eerste Divisie. ADO Den Haag (relegated after thirteen years in the top flight), VVV-Venlo (relegated after four years in the top flight) and FC Emmen (relegated after three years in the top flight) have been relegated to 2021–22 Eerste Divisie. Sportpark Nieuw Hanenburg
Sportpark Nieuw Hanenburg is a cricket ground in The Hague, the Netherlands. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1966 when the Netherlands played Oxford University. Over the next three decades it hosted a number of touring teams, as well as the 1998 European Cricket Championships.
