2021 CECAFA U-23 Challenge Cup
The 2021 CECAFA U-23 Challenge Cup was 41st edition of the annual CECAFA Cup, an international football competition consisting of the national U-23 teams of member nations of the Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA). This year's tournament was reserved for U23 players but teams were allowed to field up to three players over 23. It took place in Ethiopia from 17th July to 30th July 2021. Uganda were the defending having won title in 2019. The Democratic Republic of the Congo participated as an invited team. 2010 CECAFA Cup
The 2010 CECAFA Senior Challenge Cup (known as the CECAFA Tusker Cup for sponsorship reasons) is the 34th edition of the competition. The host of the tournament is Tanzania. The 2015 CECAFA Cup is the 38th edition of the annual CECAFA Cup, an international football competition consisting of the national teams of member nations of the Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA). It took place in Ethiopia from 21 November to 5 December 2015. The tournament was initially scheduled to be hosted in Rwanda. However, in June 2015, it was announced that Ethiopia replaced Rwanda as host due to Rwanda's preparation to host the 2016 African Nations Championship. The 2012 CECAFA Cup (known as the CECAFA Tusker Challenge Cup for sponsorship reasons) was the 36th edition of the annual CECAFA Cup, an international football competition consisting of national teams of member nations of the Council for East and Central Africa Football Associations (CECAFA). The 2011 CECAFA Cup was an international football competition consisting of East and Central African national teams. It was the 35th edition of the annual CECAFA Cup. The tournament was hosted by Tanzania for the second consecutive year and seventh time overall. The tournament received Sh823 million (approximately $450,000) sponsorship from Serengeti Breweries Limited which covered the fees of the tournament such as the air tickets of all delegates, accommodations and prize money to name a few. 2009 CECAFA Cup
The 2009 Orange CECAFA Senior Challenge tournament was the 33rd edition of the CECAFA Cup football tournament that involves teams from East and Central Africa. The 2009 edition was hosted in Kenya.
