The 2020–21 Rink Hockey Euroleague was the 56th season of Europe's premier club roller hockey tournament organised by World Skate Europe – Rink Hockey, and the 24th season since it was renamed from European Champion Clubs' Cup to Euroleague. The defending champions Sporting CP defeated Porto in the final to claim their second consecutive title and third overall. Team allocation Association ranking Due to the cancelation of the tournament's last edition, the 2019–20 season was discarded and associations were allocated places according to the same coefficient as in the 2018–19 season, taking in account the performance of each association's representative teams in European competitions between the 2015–16 and the 2018–19 seasons. Reus Deportiu is a Catalan sports club best known for its professional roller hockey team based in Reus, Catalonia, Spain. History CD Reus was founded on 23 November 1909 after the dissolution of Reus Sport Club. On 29 September 1917, the club merged with Club Velocipedista and SC Olímpia becoming the multi-sports club Reus Deportiu. Hockey Club Liceo (also known as Deportivo Liceo for sponsorship reasons) is a Spanish rink hockey club based in A Coruña, Spain. Founded in 1972, Liceo is the only team from outside Catalonia to have won the Spanish league. 2019–20 OK Liga
The 2019–20 OK Liga was the 51st season of the top-tier league of rink hockey in Spain. As the season was unfinished, Barcelona were declared champions. Format changes The competition recovered the playoffs for the title and relegation. The first ten qualified teams would fight for the title after the regular season, while the last four teams would try to avoid relegation. Two teams would be relegated to OK Liga Plata. The 2018–19 Rink Hockey Euroleague is the 54th season of Europe's premier club roller hockey tournament organised by World Skate Europe-Rink Hockey Committee, and the 22nd season since it was renamed from European Champion Clubs' Cup to Euroleague. The defending champions Barcelona were eliminated by Porto in the semi-finals.
