2020–21 Liga IV Hunedoara
The 2020–21 Liga IV Hunedoara was the 53rd season of the Liga IV Hunedoara, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 7 October 2020 and was concluded on 28 April 2021. Aurul Brad was crowned as county champion and qualified for promotion play-off to Liga III. Competition format The season was initially scheduled to be played in a double round-robin tournament followed by a play-off and play-out. The first four teams would qualify for championship play-off and the last six for relegation play-out. The format was changed on 11 April after the Romanian Football Federation decided that every county associations they must communicate the teams qualified for the promotion play-off to Liga III until 8 May 2021. The second part of the championship will no longer be played and the clubs will be distributed in three groups, respectively: Places 1–4 in Final Four, places 5-7 and places 8-10. Liga IV Hunedoara is the county association football, football division of Liga IV for clubs based in Hunedoara County, România. The competition is ranked as the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system and it is competed between 11 teams, the winner may or may not be promoted to Liga III, depending on the result of a promotion play-off that is disputed against a winner of the neighboring counties series. 2021–22 Liga III
The 2021–22 Liga III was the 66th season of Liga III, the third tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began in August 2021 and ended on 28 May 2022. This season was the second consecutive with a format that included 100 teams (10x10). The format was changed before the previous season, due to the financial problems generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. Becicherecu Mic ( hu, Kisbecskerek; german: Fischdorf or ''Kleinbetschkerek''; sr, Мали Бечкерек, Mali Bečkerek) is a commune in Timiș County, Romania. It is composed of a single village, Becicherecu Mic. It also included Dudeștii Noi until 2004, when it was split off to form a separate commune. Its name means "Small Becicherec", as opposed to the "Great Becicherec" (''Becicherecu Mare'' in Romanian), located in Serbia and renamed Zrenjanin in 1946. Brad (; hu, Brád; german: Tannenhof) is a city in Hunedoara County in the Transylvania region of Romania. Its name comes from the Romanian word ''brad'', " fir". Geography The city is located in the northern part of the county, at the foot of the Metaliferi Mountains. It lies in the valleys of the river Crișul Alb and its tributaries, Brad and Luncoiu.
