The 2020–21 Houston Baptist Huskies men's basketball team represented Houston Baptist University in the 2020–21 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Huskies, led by 30th-year head coach Ron Cottrell, played their home games at Sharp Gymnasium in Houston, Texas as members of the Southland Conference. Ron Cottrell
Ron Cottrell (born October 11, 1960) is an American basketball coach. He is the head men's basketball coach at Houston Christian University in Houston, Texas. After beginning his career as a student assistant on Nolan Richardson's staff at Arkansas, Cottrell took over as Athletic Director and head men's basketball coach at Houston Christian, then known as Houston Baptist. Desert Financial Arena
Desert Financial Arena (formerly ASU Activity Center and Wells Fargo Arena) is a 14,198-seat multi-purpose arena located at 600 E Veterans Way in Tempe, Arizona, a suburb of Phoenix. It sits immediately east of Sun Devil Stadium on the northern edge of the Tempe campus of Arizona State University (ASU). Constructed in the spring of 1974 as the ASU Activity Center and at the cost of $8 million, it is the home of men's basketball, women's basketball, and women's volleyball and former home of women's gymnastics and men's wrestling. Ed & Rae Schollmaier Arena, formerly known as Daniel–Meyer Coliseum, is a basketball arena located on the campus of Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, Texas, United States. The arena is part of the Daniel-Meyer Athletics Complex and sits between Amon G. Carter Stadium and Sam Baugh Indoor Practice Facility. The arena is home to the TCU Horned Frogs Men's and Women's basketball teams.
