2020–21 FC Alashkert Season
The 2020–21 season was Alashkert's ninth season in the Armenian Premier League and fourteenth overall. Alashkert finished the season as Champions for the first time since 2017–18. Alashkert where also Runners Up in the Armenian Cup and where knocked out of the UEFA Europa League by Renova at the first qualifying round. Season events On 27 July, Alashkert announced that Henri Avagyan, Aleksandar Miljković, Nikita Baranov and Hayk Ishkhanyan had left the club after their contracts had been terminated by mutual consent, whilst Ognjen Čančarević, Tiago Cametá and Thiago Galvão had all extended their contract with the club. On the same day, Alashkert announced the signing of Grigor Aghekyan to a two-year contract from Gandzasar Kapan. On 29 July, Alashkert announced the signing of Perdigão. Football Club Alashkert ( hy, Ֆուտբոլային Ակումբ Ալաշկերտ), commonly known as Alashkert, is an Armenian football club based in the capital Yerevan, founded in 1990 in Martuni and after folding in 2000 re-founded in 2011. They currently play in the Armenian Premier League. The home stadium of the team is the Alashkert Stadium in Yerevan. The club headquarters are located on Saryan street 25, Yerevan. Although based in Yerevan they are in fact named after the historic Western Armenian town of Alashkert, now Eleşkirt in Eastern Turkey. Nikita Baranov
Nikita Baranov (born 19 August 1992) is an Estonian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Armenian Premier League club Pyunik and the Estonia national team. FC Arda 1924 Kardzhali ( bg, ПФК Арда Кърджали) is a Bulgarian association football club based in Kardzhali, which currently competes in the First League, the top tier of the Bulgarian football league system. It was founded on 13 October 1924, as an association football branch of a larger sports society in the town. The club was reestablished in 2015, after its former entity was dissolved. Rumyan Hovsepyan ( hy, Ռումյան Հովսեփյան, born 13 November 1991) is an Armenian football player who plays for FC Noah in the Armenian Premier League. Aghvan Papikyan ( hy, Աղվան Պապիկյանը, born 8 February 1994) is a professional footballer who plays as a winger for III liga club Unia Skierniewice. Edgar Manucharyan ( hy, Էդգար Մանուչարյան, born 19 January 1987) is a former Armenian football player who played as a forward. Club career Ajax In early December 2004, Manucharyan joined Ajax Amsterdam. On 14 December, he took part in a friendly game against the Spanish club Barcelona playing 14 minutes before suffering a foot injury. Jeferson Fernandes Macedo (born 17 July 1991), known as Perdigão, is a Brazilian footballer who plays as a winger for Żebbuġ Rangers F.C.
