2020 Vuelta A AndalucÃa
The 2020 Vuelta a AndalucÃa was a road cycling stage race that took place in the AndalucÃa region of Spain between 19 and 23 February 2020. It was the 66th edition of the Vuelta a AndalucÃa and is rated as a 2.Pro event as part of the 2020 UCI Europe Tour and the 2020 UCI ProSeries. Teams Twenty-one teams were invited to the race. Of these teams, eight are UCI WorldTour teams, twelve are UCI Professional Continental teams, and one is a UCI Continental teams. Each team entered seven riders, except for with six and with five. Of the starting peloton of 144 riders, 127 finished. 2020 UCI Europe Tour
The 2020 UCI Europe Tour is the sixteenth season of the UCI Europe Tour. The 2020 season began on 25 January 2020 with the GP Belek and ended on 14 October 2020 with the 2020 Scheldeprijs, Scheldeprijs. Throughout the season, points are awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determines how many points are awarded to the top finishers, the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points are awarded. Úbeda
Úbeda (; from Iberian ''Ibiut'') is a town in the province of Jaén in Spain's autonomous community of Andalusia, with 34,733 (data 2017) inhabitants. Both this city and the neighbouring city of Baeza benefited from extensive patronage in the early 16th century resulting in the construction of a series of Renaissance style palaces and churches, which have been preserved ever since. In 2003, UNESCO declared the historic cores and monuments of these two towns a World Heritage Site. Jaén () is the urban capital city of the province of Jaén, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain. The city of Jaén is the administrative and industrial centre for the province. Iznájar
Iznájar is a town and municipal area in the province of Córdoba in Andalucia, southern Spain. Located at , it lies on the Genil river approximately 110 km from the provincial capital of Córdoba very close to the borders with both Málaga and Granada provinces at a height of 539 metres above sea level. The municipality covers an area of 136 km2 and in 2005 had a population of 4,960 inhabitants, with a population density of 36.5 people per km2. The village itself is situated on top of a huge rocky outcropping overlooking the Embalse de Iznájar, the largest reservoir in the whole of AndalucÃa, which is frequented throughout the warm season as a beach.
