2020 Formula 4 UAE Championship
The 2020 Formula 4 UAE Championship was the fourth season of the Formula 4 UAE Championship, a motor racing series for the United Arab Emirates regulated according to FIA Formula 4 regulations, and organised and promoted by the Automobile & Touring Club of the UAE (ATCUAE) and AUH Motorsports. It began with a non-championship round on 28 November 2019 at the Yas Marina Circuit and finished on 7 March 2020. Teams and drivers Race calendar The schedule consisted of 20 races over 5 rounds. Prior to start of the season a non-championship Trophy Round was held in support of the 2019 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. All rounds were held in the United Arab Emirates. The series was run as a winter series per FIA regulations, allowing drivers to participate in the UAE Championship and a European F4 series, both earning points towards an FIA Super Licence, as the end of this season was before the primary European F4 series were to begin their 2020 seasons. Isack Hadjar
Isack Alexandre Hadjar (born 28 September 2004) is a French-Algerian racing driver who most recently competed in the FIA Formula 3 Championship for Hitech Grand Prix. He was the 2021 Formula Regional European rookie champion and is a member of the Red Bull Junior Team. Career Karting Hadjar was born in Paris and started karting in 2015. In the first two years he competed in national championships, and in his final year of karting Hadjar raced in the CIK-FIA European OK Junior Championship, beating out future Red Bull academy member Jak Crawford. Dubai 24 Hour
The Dubai 24 Hour Race is both a sports car and touring car automobile endurance race held annually at the Dubai Autodrome. It was inaugurated in 2006. Entrants and participants As with all races in the 24H Series, promoted by Dutch promoter Creventic, they are open to both professional and semi-professional teams. There are both local competitors from the UAE and surrounding nations in the Persian Gulf as well as a host of international teams particularly from European nations. Unlike the 24 Hours of Le Mans in France whereby teams are invited by the organizers to compete, the Dubai 24 Hour is solely made up of teams who have registered prior to the commencing of the actual race. The Dubai Autodrome is an FIA sanctioned motorsports circuit located in Dubailand, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Amna Al Qubaisi (; born 28 March 2000) is an Emirati racing driver. On the 16th of December 2018, she became the first Middle Eastern woman to take part in a motorsport test program for Formula E after the Diriyah ePrix in Saudi Arabia. Hamda Al Qubaisi (born 8 August 2002) is an Emirati female racing driver who currently races in the Formula Regional European Championship for Prema Racing. In June 2021 she became the first woman in the history of Italian F4 to score a podium, achieving third place in the first race at Misano.
