2020 Czech Republic Motorcycle Grand Prix
The 2020 Czech Republic motorcycle Grand Prix was the fourth round of the 2020 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season and the third round of the 2020 MotoGP World Championship. It was held at the Masaryk Circuit in Brno on 9 August 2020. Fabio Quartararo was the defending MotoGP race winner who aimed for his second consecutive Grand Prix win, having won the previous round. In the MotoGP class, Brad Binder took his first victory in the premier class, the first for a South African rider, the first non-European rider to win since Australian Jack Miller in the 2016 Dutch TT, as well the first rookie to win a Grand Prix since Marc Márquez in 2013. With KTM's victory, this race marks the first time a non-Japanese and Italian constructor won a Grand Prix since German constructor König won the 1973 Yugoslavian Grand Prix. The 2009 Valencian Community motorcycle Grand Prix was the last round of the 2009 Grand Prix motorcycle racing season. It took place on the weekend of 6–8 November 2009 at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo. It was the final race of the 250cc two-stroke class, as Moto2 (600cc four-stroke) replaced it from 2010 onwards. The MotoGP race was won by Dani Pedrosa. The company was founded in 1977 as ''White Power Suspension B.V.'' in Malden, Netherlands, by Wim Peters, and is amongst the largest manufacturers of suspension components for motorcycles. The 2016 Dutch TT was the eighth round of the 2016 MotoGP season. It was held at the TT Circuit Assen in Assen on 26 June 2016. Fabio Quartararo (; born 20 April 1999), nicknamed El Diablo, is a French Grand Prix motorcycle rider racing in MotoGP for Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP.
