The 2019–20 BVIFA National Football League was the tenth season of the football league in the British Virgin Islands. The season started on 13 October 2019 and ended on 13 December 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the season was suspended on 15 March 2020 and did not resume until 26 July 2020. BVIFA National Football League
The BVIFA National Football League is the highest competitive football league in the British Virgin Islands. The league was founded in 2009 after the merger between the Tortola League and the Virgin Gorda League. In 2012 the league decided to split the teams into two groups, based on the position they finished in the standings at the end of the 2011-12 season. The majority of matches in the league are held at the national stadium, the 1,500-capacity A.O. Shirley Recreation Ground, based in Road Town, Tortola. Matches are also held on the island of Virgin Gorda. 2021 Caribbean Club Championship
The 2021 Caribbean Club Championship (officially the 2021 Flow CONCACAF Caribbean Club Championship for sponsorship reasons) was the 23rd edition of the Caribbean Club Championship (also known as the CFU Club Championship), the first-tier annual international club football competition in the Caribbean region, held amongst clubs whose football associations are affiliated with the Caribbean Football Union (CFU), a sub-confederation of CONCACAF. The 2021 BVIFA National Football League was the 11th season of the competition. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the British Virgin Islands, the competition did not begin until 14 February 2021, and concluded on 5 September 2021. Sugar Boys won the competition, making it their second British Virgin Islands title won, defeating Lion Heart in the two-legged final.
