The 2019 Trofeo Alfredo Binda-Comune di Cittiglio was the 44th running of the Trofeo Alfredo Binda, a women's cycling race in Italy. It was the third event of the 2019 UCI Women's World Tour season and was held on 24 March 2019. The race started in Gavirate and finished in Cittiglio, on the outskirts of Lago Maggiore in Northwest Italy. Marianne Vos won the race for the fourth time and is now tied with Maria Canins for most wins. Teams 24 teams competed in the race. 2019 UCI Women's World Tour
The 2019 UCI Women's World Tour was a competition that included twenty-three road bicycle racing, road cycling events throughout the 2019 in women's road cycling, 2019 women's cycling season. It was the fourth edition of the ranking system launched by the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) in 2016. The competition began with the 2019 Strade Bianche Women, Strade Bianche on 9 March and concluded with the Tour of Guangxi on 22 October. Fahlin has won the Swedish National Road Race Championships three times (2008, 2013, 2018) and the Swedish National Time Trial Championships three times in a row from 2009 to 2011. Katarzyna "Kasia" Niewiadoma (born 29 September 1994) is a Polish racing cyclist, who rides for UCI Women's WorldTeam . Maria Canins (born 5 July 1949, in La Villa, Alta Badia) is an Italian racing cyclist who twice won and came second three times in the Grande Boucle. She rode for Italy at the 1984 and 1988 Summer Olympics. Biography Canins was a cross-country skier from 1969 to 1988.
